First I must apologize to Robert for not having done this review in December right around Christmas 2021. It has taken me this long to figure out how to post a review. Second, I must praise this man for his dedication to helping out folks. Especially those who thought their computer had somehow failed. We forgot the charger, bought a new one, and the computer wouldn't work, it was Dec 23rd. The next day this graceful man spent the entire day trying to figure out what was wrong. He went so far as to lend us his personal lap top while we were visiting, to help us have/use internet access since we were staying on board a boat. And he was very reasonable on his fee. We never did figure out what was wrong. After we returned home, we thought, lets charge our laptop overnight just to see if anything would happen when we turned it on. Low and behold the laptop was back to normal. That's when we realized it was the purchased power cord that didn't work with our laptop. We called Robert and let him know. We were all surprised and happy. What I know is, I have tremendous respect for Robert and his dedication. Thank you for your military service Robert, and your continued service to your fellow man outside of that. You rock! ...

I had a pc built by a friend and had multiple problems with it and attempted to remedy the problem by trying another motherboard, and then more Ram. I was at a complete loss.

My issue took some trouble shooting, but the moment I brought the PC in Robert put my worries to rest because he is a subject matter expert, and he had the questions to my answers. Sure enough the PC booted up and has been going strong for over a week, and I couldn't be happier.

The gentlemen at On Site came in clutch for me today. I had an appointment with Best Buy for my ROG Laptop, which I purchased there for 2 thousand dollars in addition to the 2 hundred dollar warranty, only to have them refuse to work on my system at all!

So I called On-Site Computer Repair here in Morehead City and not only did he ascertain the problem in less than a minute but he didn't even charge me anything!

I want to thank On-Site for their excellent service and give my highest recommendation.

As for Best Buy? I cannot say a single Christian thing about them except do not go there.
