GameStop — Local services in Morehead City

My son and I have been going to this store i know 10 years if not more. He got a brand new ps5 controller and with in 2 days it broke. 3rd. Day took it back and we had a warranty and they gave us a refurbished one. The manager was not the nicest and I called 2 other gamestop places that said they would have gave my son a brand new one.

There was another problem before this one that was similar situation. So after this we will never do business there again or any gamestop...

Deanna and anybody else I've ever spoken to at this location is always behind the counter with tons of information about these new games which I've just recently gotten into so I often don't know anything about game franchises. Everyone is super friendly here also. I'm buying a lot more games on disc now as opposed to digital versions because they could be traded back. I feel like not all Gamestops are created equal this...
