Spencer's — Local services in Moreno Valley

Went to go shopping for some family members, and was instantly welcomed by associates, they told me the sales and deals currently going on, spoke to a worker named David about a certain shirt, a specific size in an ugly sweater I wanted for myself, and some ceramic mugs since they were BOGO 50%! Him and other coworkers were very friendly and helpful and I ended up walking out the store with a few shirts and ceramic mugs! Customer service was awesome and might end up going...

Whatsup with all of the negative reviews surrounding orders placed online? People not receiving their orders and then to top it off, not receiving refunds after waiting for months. This is concerning for a store who has a location in almost every mall in America? Unfortunately, I placed a large order before seeing this and now it has me paranoid. Fun place to come to shop for off the wall stuff...I have been coming here since the mall opened and I never leave empty handed...I love lava lamps and only place I know that still sells them...be careful when bringing young kids because some of the more racey stuff is in the back...staff always pleasant and store always clean and well stocked...good place for finding one of a kind gifts for you...
