I was alone and decided to enter the shop to look at the items to see if there was anything that i would be interested in. The lady that works there seemed very nice at first but it quickly shut off as soon as i said i was browsing and being nosey. She turned around and decided to call someone which was fine with me because its not my business and its not a big deal. I saw something I thought my partner wouldve liked and preceeded to take a picture of it so that way i could show him but she rudely snapped at me telling me not to take any pictures repeatedly then finished talking on her phone. There werent any signs saying no photos could be taken, or none that were visible but i still apologized and attempted to finish looking but by that time i was pretty much uncomfortable and irritated because it felt like i was no longer welcome in the store with how she approached me with the situation. I often go to different stores to look at the inventory to see things and try to come back when i have the money for it. But Its like as soon as i said for now im looking to see whats there, instead of purchasing right at this moment, she got an attitude, smile was gone and she was just focused on her phone. My girlfriend and I went there to try to get ourselves new vapes and some juice. The lady at the counter was constantly talking about how good of a deal she was going to give us. Whenever I tried to talk to my girlfriend about what we wanted, the lady would talk over us about what we should get. She kept trying to get us to buy a specific brand of vape juice without ever handing it to us to see. Ya a 2020 review first off opinion based but you definitely should have someone younger more hip working there especially at A Mall .. the lady wasn't horrible when it comes to customer service but definitely charges low key Hollywood prices No kind of price tags on most of the items so you have to believe her pricing.. No military discounts.. she doesn't give you a chance to figure out what you want, did I mention they charge for Debit or credit and she thought she was slick adding a 2 dollar fee for my credit card ...
