I tried to use my dairy queen gift card to pay for my large blizzard and the worker was an old man and he was calling me and my friend "baby" and he was making me and my friend very uncomfortable and he started yelling at my friend after my friend asked politely to swipe it slowely because he was doing it to many times at once and he was swiping really fast. We also went another time and he was still calling us "baby" after we politely told him to stop and i went by myself and he started yelling at me saying that its not going to work so i just left and he kept giving me a really bad look and kept...

This place does not treat the customer correctly. I ask for a banana split , when I got it through the drive thru, the banana was bigger than all the 3 tiny ice cream portions in the boat. I did go into the place and ask why are the portions so small and before I could get the question out a rep said " we only put 7 ounces of ice cream in it". Which means she knew what I was going to ask and this has happened before. I would not suggest anyone ordering this desert...

Very unprofessional they stop taking orders hrs before they are closed I called up there after I placed an order on Postmates and they lied to my and said they just got my order but on post mates they said they didn’t have any ice cream choose another ice cream they did that for about 30minutes they are going to have that place shut down soon with they people they have...
