We came in this morning for a suit and dress shoes for my 16 year old son for a funeral this weekend. My mother in law also got a women's three piece formal suit (they carry plus sizes through at LEAST 4x). The selection of mens and women’s suits were absolutely incredible, and from the moment we walked in, we felt like family. My mother in law is in a wheelchair. The owner pushed her around the store and helped her find her sizes while my son was looking, then helped my son pick his suit and shoes (he wears a 13 and they carry at least that high in multiple options). He then measured his neck and helped him find a shirt and tie combo. The suit pants needed to be both hemmed and let out in the waist, which the owner did on the spot. He then steamed the suits, and steamed my husbands suit for me that I was going to take to the dry cleaner instead for $5.00. The customer service we received today was absolutely superb. The owner is the nicest human being I’ve met in the longest time. The prices are incredible ($99.00 suits). He’s made lifetime customers of my family. This place is awesome! No need to go anywhere else. I went in to get a suit for a wedding and Jay helped me with every step along the way. Helped me find my size, fit it to me, helped me pick shoes, even ordered a second pair of shoes for me that were out of stock and had them within a few days. I called him a week before the wedding and told him I bought a pair of shoes online that were too big and said not to worry that he would handle it. He ordered my size, and they were there on time for me to get them. He takes care of business and keeps his word even with strict deadlines. I saw great reviews on this place, so I decided to give it a try. It was my first and only stop. Jay will help you with anything you need in an extremely timely manner and with great prices. In and out with your suit in the same day and he can order something for you if you are looking for something else. I will definitely be going back to get more suits in the future. Very great place!! My boyfriend waited last minute to find a tux and no one near here would order him one with only a week left, but the guy at fashion max made sure he had everything thing he needed, got it here on time, and trimmed his pants for him in a week.
