We had a very disappointing experience at this location. Subway corporate should seriously consider the feedback provided here. While traveling, we decided to stop for dinner and placed an order for two footlongs at 9:29 pm—well before the 10 pm closing time—using the Subway app. We arrived at 9:31 pm, intending to thank the staff and even tip them in cash for their service.
Unfortunately, what we encountered was surprising and upsetting. The staff displayed a disrespectful attitude; one employee even told another, “If you don’t want to prepare it, just say so and send them back.” There were repeated smirks, head shakes, and an overall lack of courtesy throughout the interaction.
We were told that the oven had just been turned off and that they couldn’t toast our bread, which we accepted without complaint. However, the negative attitude continued, with more head shakes for each topping we requested. When we asked to have our sandwiches packed as two halves, we overheard murmurs and comments about us.
I’m not sure whether the behavior was racially motivated or simply disrespectful, but it was certainly unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. (For context, we are not white.) My only point is: if you can’t prepare an order properly, please do not accept it in the first place.
This experience left us extremely dissatisfied, and I hope Subway corporate takes these...

I got home to find over half my food missing. I returned to the store and the employee had an attitude because SHE forgot my food and had to remake it.. she through the meat and toppings on it with the same attitude…. I ask her what her name is she replied with it’s KELLY it’s KELLY I told her I needed it for corporate which she replied I don’t care!….
