I had a wonderful experience buying my engagement ring for my now fiancée at Jewelry By Eric.

I had an idea of a ring I wanted by something that my girlfriend had shown me online a few months prior, but it was an artificial ring online and I wanted to get her something similar to it but with an 18k yellow gold setting and diamond center piece.

Eric helped me put together the exact ring I wanted and was extremely patient and helpful through the entire process.

Eric brought in numerous different diamond sizes until I was 100 percent happy.

In fact, after we agreed upon a price and carat size I called him the next day and told him I still felt I wanted a slightly larger carat and he said “no problem”. He brought some more diamonds in to look at a few days later that were larger carats and I got exactly the size I was looking for!

It was also very important to me to be able to do this in person at his shop. I was very worried about buying a ring online without being able to see it in person before purchasing. I would’ve never been able to get exactly what I wanted without going through this process in store and with Eric.

I love going here. I get my watch batteries replaced, but I just got back five rings I had resized up to fit. These are regular gold and silver rings I bought used online, but after being handled by Eric, the gold shines like something brand new made in his store. I feel special wearing these after being polished and resized so well by Eric. He is very talented, and his designs are varied and numerous. You will find something you like in there. His store is a wonderful addition to Morristown's business district. I feel like his store offers the variety that the other jewelry shop does not have. And everything is an original design directly by him! The ring resizing (5 rings) was a gift from my mother, and the price was very reasonable. It's not a busy store, so you will probably get individual attention. I hope to be back here for special occasion jewelry, and I will continue to get my watch batteries replaced here.
