I recently had the pleasure of working with Evie Tilney out of the Sotheby's Morristown office. I was the home inspector for her client that was buying a 120 year old home. In addition to the home, there was a small rental residence on the property in a condition that made it very challenging to inspect. Evie did everything she could to help facilitate the inspection including graciously entertaining an elderly renter who wasn't happy to have me inspecting his space.
