I booked a massage for my bestieās birthday 2 weeks in advance . Showed up with her 25 minutes before the appointment. After 5 mins in the building I started feeling uncomfortable but pressed on cause once again Iām there to celebrate my girlās bday. 20 mins later my friend calmly asks the receptionist how much is it to cancel ? So I looked at her and said āare you feeling the same energy I am ā she nodded sadly and said āyesā. The receptionist never questioned why never once offered a calming environment that was welcoming or befitting of a spa! In fact I felt like my presence made her uncomfortable ! I felt like I may have been glitching as I had to ask questions twice for her to respond ie. āwhat is your name ?ā Btw Jenna. She smiled this fake plastic smile through her disservice like a scene from the movie GetOut! After confirming I will be billed $45 and we made our way to the door she said Thank you š³! Im thinking her responses are misplaced just like incorrect grammar, and her being a front of the line employee. Why would you thank some for cancelling? Almost comical if it wasn't so unfortunate, luckily she never ruined my bestieās mood too much , we were able to recoup and enjoy the rest of her day!
Iāll find another spa to spend my money at where they prioritize customer service to facilitate wellness
Thanks for nothing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdated: I booked a massage appointment telling the receptionist I was using a Groupon for a specific massage service, valid for certain days. Ok, no problem scheduling. However, when I was redeeming the service they suddenly say I canāt use the Groupon since I was there within 6 months, DESPITE this being gifted to me. No communication with me prior to the appointment that this wouldnāt be valid, otherwise I wouldnāt have came in and wasted my time and paid for a service I shouldnāt have. Massage was nice but front staff is lacking. Disappointed and will not be returning.
Old review: I live close by and purchased a groupon for a Hydrafacial with led add on. Staff was very welcoming and friendly to me. My facialist Edit was so sweet and checked in throughout the treatment asking if I was ok, how the pressure was, and explaining in between. Very informative and professional. Left feeling very relaxed and glowy. Some other reviewers mentioned membership pitches, honestly thatās every massage/facial place Iāve been too so I just decline and understand thatās part of this type of business. Would actually consider a membership based on how nice and friendly the staff was and how I loved...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhat an marvelous experience! I recently went to Massage Heights for a Hot Stone massage and facial. Where do I begin? When you check in you are given a choice of 5 different aroma therapy blends to enjoy during the massage - the oils are infused into the massage oil. I chose the rejuvenating blend. The therapist sprayed a mist onto the sheets before the massage began. Oh, and the sheets! They are of such a wonderful weave - very soft. The table - HEATED! The face rest was adjustable in and out as well as up and down. It was so comfortable. I also noticed how quiet the room was - I did not hear outside noise at all.
Kiara, my therapist, deftly worked on my kinks and knots with a combination of hot stone and her hands. I was especially appreciative of the time she spent on my feet. Pure heaven.
Jennifer then performed a facial. I had never had one before so I don't have a good frame of reference but it was so relaxing and my skin still feels wonderful - days later.
All of the people I interacted with were highly professional and treated me with utmost courtesy and respect. I look forward to my next...
