This isn’t a yoga studio — it’s a fitness/Pilates-style training space. Which is fine if it is what you’re looking for . Both classes I took were labeled “Vinyasa” or “Power Yoga,” but they were 80–90% workout, with very few actual yoga poses or flow. No breath work, no stillness, no yoga vibe at all.
The music is (too) loud and outdated — either 80s rock or early 2000s club remixes. The room is packed wall to wall; during every pose you’re touching at least 3–4 people. There are no windows, no natural light — definitely not ideal if you’re claustrophobic or looking for any kind of calm/ meditation practice.
