I will never ever return to this establishment. Went in on 10/10/22 for a body wave cause I have naturally curly hair and the student didn’t listen to nothing I told her. The instructor even told her she was rolling my perm wrong and her comment back to the instructor where she couldn’t hear was go back in your room I know how to do perms. And she kept rolling anyways. The instructor should have walked out there instead she did not. The girl walked away saying that she was just gonna leave it on my hair for 5 minutes cause of the natural curl. No she came back 15 minutes later on her phone with her boyfriend she said. She took to wash out the solution and add the next step and didn’t even wash it out completely!!! My mom had to wash my hair when we got back to my home cause I have crippling rheumatoid arthritis and cannot wash my hair myself. My hair is burnt up!!!!! And on the right side of my head there are 5 different spots that are not even permed. This is uncalled for from not only the student Kaleigh but the instructor for not paying attention to what was going on. They cannot say they was busy cause no many students walking around twiddling their thumbs. My mom loves this place is the only reason I agreed to let this be my early birthday present to myself and ended up horrible. I’ve done everything I know to do and it’s not helping period to try and fix my hair. Please I tell you if you’ve got natural curly hair and just wanting a body wave do not go here. Cause this gal will never ever darken their doorway period. Beyond disgusted and I pray the owner reads her reviews cause the complaints I’ve read she won’t stay open long. Wish I had went to a true hair stylist instead of one that didn’t care. Would be nice to get a response back from the owner but will not hold my breathe. STAY...

I asked for a balayage. I said I wanted it all the way to the roots. This saves on trips to the salon and money as it grows out. The owner thought I didn't want a balayage so told the girl to do sections of bleach and brown. I didn't know any better. Thought it was to "fix" my hair from where I tried to do it at home. Owner said I kept changing my mind. NO I DIDN'T. I wanted balayage all the way to my roots! The girl left the bleach in too long and fried my hair! Thats fine at least they finally got it blonde but now there are skunk stripes all across my head. I told the girl as she did it I was afraid that was going to happen. I am so displeased. If she had, had the girl do the balayage I asked for rather than having her do something SHE thought I wanted it might have been ok. The girl was clearly unhappy about having to do it. Complained the whole time about how long it was taking. I had a balayage there before, the girl was just about to graduate I got exactly what I wanted $50. Made appointment to get hair highlighted with white highlights. Tell them I want white highlights when I get there. They start doing my hair she is not weaving through hair just picked it up an foiled it very slowly.she gets most of back done pulls one out at the bottom says it’s a bueatiful blonde.
