My wife and I went in looking for a lifting recliner and a mattress.

We were instantly greeting by a gentleman by the name of Doug. He instantly made us feel comfortable and welcome. He took us to their high tech machine that shows just where all of your pressure points when lying down are.

This helped them put us into the correct bed type for us. Doug departed and a wonderful man by the name of Michael Parks took over helping us choose the right mattress for us.

Mr. Parks was knowledgeable, friendly and most of all, made us feel relaxed and comfortable with the whole experience. He showed us a few beds and we decided on our set up.

Next was the lift chair. I cannot begin to express our gratitude we feel towards Mr. Parks for the lengths he went to in order to get us our chair. We desperately needed a chair today so that our Mawmaw could sleep comfortably and have the assist to the standing position. Unfortunately, they didn’t have one on site. Mr. Parks found one in the warehouse and was able to make contact with the gentlemen in the warehouse and get him to stay after business close to wait for us to get there to get the chair.

I went to the store to browse recliners. I told Cheryl that I would have to think about it. I went to leave, and she told me to fill out a paper for a drawing. I did, she put it in the thing and spun it around to mix it up. The next day, she started texting me asking if I had decided which chair to get so she could order it for me. She had dug my entry back out to get my number. Then today (a month later)...I got a random message saying I had opted in to receiving texts from Ashley furniture which I did not. Now they are sending me texts about sales, which is ridiculous. I hope she didn't do that to everyone that entered the drawing.

Edit: I received another text from her as a group message with 11 others to tell us about a current sale. She got all of their numbers off their entries for the drawing as well. I'm sure she opted them in for...

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was gifted a new bedroom suite for Christmas. It was purchased well before thanksgiving and wasn't able to be picked up until a week before Christmas. When unboxed we noticed the footboard casing was missing. We had the drawers, but not the casing. We contacted our salesperson and the manager. They were no help and lied to us the entire process of getting this made right. We had to go and contact the warehouse directly and even deal with a different Ashley. They would NEVER get back with us. We called multiple times and they said they would follow up and never did. The footboard finally arrived to the warehouse and we had it picked up and put together before they ever called to inform us it was in.
