Trying to do business at this store is a nightmare. After almost 2 hours instore to buy a mobile hot spot I finally get it and take it home. I get it home and it doesn't work. Because they had been so rude I was afraid to go back there. So I drove to another store 30 miles away at New Taswell Tn. The wrong sim number had been put in and they fixed it. It worked perfect for two weeks. Then it quit working and I took it back to the original store at the College Square Store at Morristown Tn. The wait was over an hour. I asked for a chair because I am elderly and had a hard time standing so long. They said the only chair was broken. They said the hot spot was defective and sent for a new one under warranty. There was a $20, charge for the replacement fee for the device that was only two weeks old! Anyway, I waited about a week for the new device and picked it up at the store. I got it home and it didn't work. Again! I took it back and again they had put in the wrong sim number! This wait was about another hour and a half. I asked for a chair because I couldn't stand for so long. The manager said he didn't have one, corporate would not provide one, and he sure wasn't going to buy one out of his pocket! I told him I'd go buy him a chair. He said no and continued to try to activate my device. After another half our of no progress, I actually sat on the floor to wait. Me a 75 year old woman! Read moreI have never had an issue with T-mobile in the past until a recent issue. I was told that I qualified for a promotional on a new watch line where it was free as long as service was kept on it for 2 years. Awesome! So I do that and mention to the representative that I wanted to cancel 2 other watch lines that have been paid off. They tell me to call customer care and they can take care of it and the promotional will still be applied. I said that works for me! I call customer care and I'm told by 2 separate representatives that because I want to cancel 2 lines the promotional doesn't apply because it would at that point not show an additional new line. I'm shocked because I tell them the retail store didn't mention this at all. They proceed to tell me to call the retail store and speak with the manager regarding the issue. I call and the manager tells me the lines being canceled doesn't affect my promotion and customer care was lying. So I call customer care again because I've been told different things. That agent tells me the same thing as the first one. They apologize several times about the confusion and tell me they don't understand how the retail store can advertise the promotional and not be up front about it. Very disappointed they weren't up front about the details of it. I've never had an issue with them until today. Read moreI gave 1star because I had to.We change over from Verizon worst mistake ever,to begin with we had 3 lines with Verizon we were assured without a doubt we qualified for 3 with Sprint,well that was the first lie,we were told our bill would be a certain price for 3 lines which was cheaper than Verizon 2nd lie,we are stuck with only 2 lines not 3, And $30.00 higher than what we were paying Verizon for 3 lines,this was on June 27th we were also told we wouldn't have a bill until towards the end of July,well guess what 2 weeks later we got this very high bill with no warning and was due to be paid then,I mean the very next day we called and were told because we were new customers you had to pay immediately upon receipt for the first 60 days.We were supposed to have our 3 phones bought out from Verizon well guess what we are stuck with those to,we called this store several times were told they would get it fixed,all they done was drag it past the 14 day return period.This store is lying scammers,not only are we stuck with only 2 lines from 3 with a much higher bill we are stuck paying for the 3 other Verizon phones they were...
