LOFT — Local services in Morrisville

Very disappointed in my recent trip to this location. I was one of two customers in the store, was not greeted the whole time I was there nor was asked if I would like a fitting room started for me like I have at previous times at this store. I had about 7+ pieces of cloths to try on since I have a clothing allowance for work of $500 to spend and my intention was to spend it all there as I have before. I walked out spending nothing and would much rather take my money else where. Oh I also had a dress to return and the lady at the register was very unfriendly and clearly did not want to be there or help me - girl you should not be working in...

I visited the Morrisville store on a Sunday evening about 430PM to return an item. After doing so I decided to browse for other items I saw online and at 4:50PM one of the staff members came up to me and said we close in 10 minutes. I just think it’s very rude to tell a customer what time you close and their shopping there ensures your job. Also, I did not see the staff member tell anyone else in the store they were closing in 10 minutes. After I left, I felt kind of...

Minus five stars for this location. I drove 40 mins to this Loft only to find a sign posted on door they were closing at 3 p.m. due to inclement weather. I arrived at noon as did the employees & they locked door after they entered. I called store, no answer. Finally saw an employee inside sweeping. She said they were debating on opening.
