NEVER go to the Versona in Morrisville. I got there well before closing time yesterday. What HORRIBLE customer service. I just started working at the brier creek location which is much better.
Heidi, the asl, whatever that means, threatened me. She has a bad attitude and so did her other closing colleague. They should not be in customer service if they don’t have a positive attitude.
Heidi had a customer. After the customer left she could have helped me find my heels. Instead both associates had a lackluster attitude.
I had to do all the work by myself. I am still a paying customer even though I am employee at brier creek. I deserve the same respect and treatment as a regular customer.

Come to find out I called Sabrina at 10:01am this morning and found out they complained about me. Get your story straight, Heidi. You have terrible customer service skills and you do not threaten someone!!
