Have brought many buyers to this store.Recenty I spent at least $500 at this store. Even more previously.I purchased a pair of earrings, which when I got home, tried to put on and discovered that it was too difficult due to its method of attachment. I have severe neuropathy in my hands, but never had a problem putting on earrings. Just an odd piece of wire that curves oddly. I went to the store to ask for a store credit. The earrings were clearly purchased there, still in it's cute bag. The same earring was even on display. Unfortunately, I did not have a receipt as few people do when they know that they like the product they purchased. So, if I could, which I can't, find a receipt, I would return everything I purchased. Since I am traveling,I do not have a printer to print out the charge on my credit card statement either. Not a good place for customer service or goodwill. Very nasty man, who said "Well, it's your problem that you don't have a receipt, and that you have this neuropathy...
