Went to Ross to do a return.Any other day I would be waiting 10 min to do a purchase and someone would come in with a return and get service before me. I go in and there is about 4-5 people in the purchase line. I go to the return line. And wait, and wait. Another person comes to the return line and we wait. There is only one cashier and I see that one of the people that was in the purchase line actually had a return. 2nd cashier comes and ask for next purchase,I go to the register b/c I have been waiting. Surprise! She can only do a purchase. So now there is a new group of people in the purchase line. Any other day. I know common sense is not common, customer service is dead and consideration does not seem to be a thing for this generation. Ross can you hired people that can think just 10ft to the right of the register. 1. Move the return sign so there is only one line. 2. Read moreWe bought two sets of bathroom mats yesterday and when we got home and unpacked them we realized that the cashier made a mistake and didn't take off the security tags.
We went back today with our receipt and the store manager, Evelyn, blamed us for not realizing the security tags were still on after we checked out. The tags are gray and so were the bath mats. It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to make sure the cashier is doing their job.
I was so embarrassed by the cashier and manager when they should have apologized for the inconvenience of making us come back again. I wish we had just bought the mats elsewhere since the selection wasn't great and the customer service...

Which set the alarm off. When he put my items back in the bag. He forgot some items. I called the manager and explained my situation. I þold her I would come back soon.
