We chose Cipriani to do our kitchen remodel and we are so happy with our finished kitchen. It is so important to feel comfortable with the company that is making a very drastic change to your house. I loved our experience with Cipriani from start to finish. I fell in love with the designer, Anne, from our first meeting. I felt she was so open to my ideas, and incorporated them into her design and drawings. She was looking out for us, and kept us within the reins of our budget. She was honest and so dedicated to making this the kitchen of our dreams. I know she spent a great deal of time hunting for the reclaimed wood that satisfied the rustic feel I was trying to achieve. These shelves came out gorgeous. Even in my most indecisive moments she was patient and always let me sleep on something even when I thought I made a decision. I feel like some customers might just ask the designer to pick everything, others might want to do all the planning, I think I was kind of in between, and I felt so reassured to have my visions checked by a design professional. I did not want to mess up our kitchen.

Our project manager, Nick, was as reliable, considerate, and hard-working as they come. He did a wonderful job, and everything happened exactly as he said it would. He built us a gorgeous kitchen, provided a few good suggestions (like the air button for our garbage disposal!) and he was also great with our dog. We always apologized for how barky our dog was to him, but he never seemed to mind.

When we received our quote, admittedly, we thought the price was high. We had another quote for significantly less. But we felt it was so important to have this done right and if we were going to make the investment, we better love it. When Anne showed us the initial drawings and explained the process, we knew 2 things, it was going to be what we wanted, and it was going to be hassle-free. Overall, there were no hidden cost surprises, we didn't really have to do anything other than pick what we liked. And... the cost of our kitchen wound up within the initial range we were quoted. We recently remodeled our unfinished basement into a dedicated playroom for our young children. The space, previously used only for storage, was completely repurposed by Cipriani Remodeling Solutions, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.

They effectively managed the ceiling height to enclose AC ducts and water pipes, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing finish while providing the most usable space.

We have a very long history of using Cipriani remodeling solutions which started with our first kitchen renovation/addition in 1997. Since that time, we have continued to use Cipriani for various projects such as a sunroom and family room renovation, a basement renovation and three bathrooms. Each time we were so pleased with the outcome of the projects- not only the excellent workmanship, but also how they continued to stand behind their work even years later. This most recent project was quite extensive and involved a new kitchen and passover kitchen, a mudroom for our dog and the relocation of our laundry room to the second floor. As before, we didn't contact any other builders and chose to only discuss our plans with Cipriani because they are the only builders in which we have total confidence. To our surprise our initial meeting, which typically in the past had Jay alone, this time we were introduced to a design consultant, Anne. In the past, design decisions had been on our own and this was a big change from what we were used to. I honestly wasn't sure it was even needed. I was completely wrong about that and feel that the time I spent with Anne made the experience so much better. She continued to help me every step of the way- from decisions on cabinets, flooring, paint, etc to every little detail of the project and even beyond that to giving advice on adjoining living areas. All in all, this just took the project to the next level. I was told on numerous occasions- "we're not happy unless you're happy" and I know they meant it!
