The aesthetic appeal continued upon entry, where a gentle herbal aroma subtly enhanced the welcoming ambiance. Inside, the thoughtful interior design incorporated a calming palette of light browns and greens, contrasted by white accent walls, fostering an environment that was both tranquil and visually engaging. We observed a designated glass-partitioned kiosk area that ensured a seamless and efficient ordering process. There was "sniff bar" that provided an interactive sensory experience, allowing us to explore the nuanced aromas of various flower options. The security guard was then and up to date, great at facilitating a smooth check-in process. A noteworthy detail was the small merchandise rack displaying branded sweaters and hoodies. It’s simplicity and placement resembled a home closet setup, reinforcing the comfortable, lived-in aesthetic of the dispensary. We felt this thoughtful touch subtly enhanced the personal and welcoming nature of the space, making it feel even more like a neighborhood staple rather than just a retail location. Our experience with Daylite’s team was equally noteworthy. Budtender Shannon was exceptionally approachable and knowledgeable, maintaining a calm, friendly demeanor while assisting with our pre-order. Visits since this visit have also included positive interactions with budtenders Neil and Kate, both of whom demonstrated to us a strong understanding of the true commitment to customer satisfaction. Upon departure, a profound sense of satisfaction accompanied our experience, supporting a small, family-owned dispensary where the community’s appreciation was visibly reflected. We observed A large “thank you” sign adorned with community-placed stickers that may stand as a testament to the loyalty and belief customers have in Daylite Cannabis—we felt it was a powerful reminder of its genuine community presence.

I understand there is no public restroom, but when a customer comes in with a true emergency… being the only person in the store, just there to pick up an online order—sometimes an exception can be made I feel like? But I guess not here. And that’s their right.
After being stuck in construction traffic for 25 minutes just trying to get into the parking lot, I arrived to pick up my order.. in literally tears, explaining i had an order to pick up but I needed the bathroom and I couldn’t hold it any longer. Instead of showing empathy, the cashier was firm about the “no public restroom” rule. And told me I could go to Wendy’s next door. I wasn’t looking for special treatment, just a little human understanding to avoid having an accident right outside their door.
The weed is fine, but the lack of compassion really soured the experience. You can have your rules and your polices but in my opinion customer service isn’t just about following rules—it’s about treating people with dignity...
Read moreI bought a five pack of pre-rolls. When I opened it immediately one of them was half emptied. I figured OK no big deal. I’ll deal with it then. Next time I opened up the box 3 more were completely empty. And all of the flower was in the package. I returned to daylight, and they told me they wouldn’t do anything because it looked like it was manipulated.. I will never return to daylite. To be honest, that was the second time I wasn’t happy last time I was there I bought an eighth it was a $40 eighth I asked the man with the long hair to help me tell me about it He suggested it. I bought it on his suggestion, and let’s just say it was terrible. The flower was so harsh I could barely even taste it so on top of that the flavor wasn’t even good. The buds were looked like they were outdoors grown. Check out the sweet spot in Voorhees much better help there much more knowledgeable staff and I’ve never had any type of issue like this with the pre-rolls Keep in mind I felt like they treated me as if I was going in there trying to do this on purpose.
