Nirvana is an absolute beautiful dispensary. I come to this location to support it being 100% female owned. Those are the first 3 stars and only stars. Upon my visit today I approached a worker asking for his assistance in finding a product with a higher content of CBD compared to other flowers. His response was unnecessarily sarcastic and unprofessional. “No bro, this is a dispensary. Have you been here before?” I responded yes. “Well, people come here for THC, not CBD.” (In a tone not available to be convey over text). I politely asked him not to get smart with me, I was only asking a question, to which his response was, “I’m just being realistic with you bro. Telling you facts. Nobody comes in here for CBD. We don’t even have CBD in our flower.” At that point I no longer wanted a conversation, I wanted to leave but purchased anyway, purely to support the owners.

What should have been a routine and professional interaction turned into an unnecessarily unpleasant experience due to the behavior of the staff member who clearly lacks both customer service skills and basic respect to the customer and company. I know this does not align with the company ethics policy.

I don’t come to your establishment to be treated with disrespect. I come as a paying customer with the reasonable expectation of receiving clear, courteous service—something your staff member failed to provide. If this is how your employees handle basic inquiries, I strongly suggest you reconsider how they are being trained (or how receptive they are to it).

I am beyond unsatisfied with this encounter and hope this matter is taken seriously, and appropriate steps are taken to not repeat similar incidents in the future. For all he knew, I could have been an agent for the state or better business bureau. I am not but thats just a thought to remind the disgruntled employee. If possible, I would like a response outlining how this issue will be addressed. Thank you. Date 7/22/25. Time 3:58PM. Order #419

Me and my husband have been clients since the grand opening, and we've had pleasant experiences coming here. We usually go in individually, but today, Valentines Day, we come in together. My husband goes to the restroom, and I sit my computer on the couch to organize myself. The next thing I see is the security guard walking swiftly following my husband to the bathroom! I told him my husband is in there, and he ignored me and continued knocking on the bathroom door! He then goes to the "employees only" room right next to it. So I head to the counter and order and purchase a vape (mind you, we both have accounts here). I then ask where I can charge my computer up, and it's near the bathroom. I plug in my computer, and look up, the guard is still waiting by the bathroom door! My husband comes, and the security guard doesn't go to the bathroom, but goes back to his post! Woooow! Now, we are feeling like some of your other clients, UNWELCOMED AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! MY HUSBAND IS DISABLED! He looks fine, but he has a back injury that had left him temporarily paralyzed and because of it he has to go to the bathroom often which is embarrassing enough and his doctor prescribed cannabis for his level 12 (on a scale of 1-10), PAIN!! Then, as we are leaving an uncover officer comes out into the parking lot to watch us! That was the final draw for us! And because of this we'll be taking our business elsewhere also! By-the-way, who cares if it's a "100% female-owned" business (believe it or not, you're a minority too, and this administration is going to let you know that), and your staff is up here discriminating against other minorities! That whole ZEN atmosphere is FAKE! You don't want people to come in there and chill, you want them to get their product and get the hell out! That's fine because there is plenty of competition popping up everyday with better products, cheaper prices, and a respectable staff. Better yet, I can't wait until we can legally grow our own weed and don't have to subject ourselves to people and their prejudices. Well, we got the message loud and clear! Our observations indicate a well-executed strategy focused on creating a unique and positive customer experience. The dispensary's design is a notable achievement. The exterior is visually appealing, with illuminated logo cubes that create a strong brand presence. Upon entering, a distinct sense of cleanliness permeates the air, subtly enhanced by herbal notes-a truly refreshing welcome. The smell was almost if becoming “enlightened” had a perfume to it. Glass partitions reveal the thoughtfully designed interior, a space that effectively captures the 'nirvana' aesthetic. The security guard/check-in is consistently approachable and efficient, ensuring a smooth and timely entry. The organized merchandise and intuitive kiosk layout are immediately apparent. Even the carefully chosen lighting, types of lamps, and strategically placed live plants contribute to the dispensary's serene ambiance. The blissful decor not only met but exceeded my initial expectations. The budtender on my first experience; I particularly recall Josh, whose positive demeanor perfectly complemented the dispensary's relaxed atmosphere. When u walk in the Officer speak to u then u gotta show 🆔 to get in it was really nice my first time there but when u walk in it’s the first line next to the door I walk up he didn’t said hello or anything It seem like he didn’t want to help out everytime I ask him a question trying to get help he just had his face ball up like he didn’t have time remind u im having a whole conversation letting him know that one of my friends work at a dispensary but their brand are different can you help me find some gummies that would make me relax the way he huff and puff I could of walk out or went to another line but nope I stay there and continue putting my order in but other then that the store was so nice and when it was time for me to check out I didn’t go back to his line and it’s the guy with the glasses when u walk in the store Next time I hope it’s better service
