The staff here at this Mt. Pocono location needs to be trained. If you alienate the customers what job will you have? Retail is hard. You can't please everyone and personalities will inevitably clash. I get that, because I know I'm not myself when I need caffeine or food. However treating certain people like thieves is wrong. Out of three customers ready to check out who do you think had their purchase practically snatched from them? The older caucasian woman? The middle aged hispanic woman? Or the middle aged black woman? Some might say I'm being dramatic. Was I problematic, and then decided to leave a bad review? No. I was pleasantly greeted as I entered, so I greeted the associate right back. We smiled and went our separate ways. I was quite happy. I love 5 Below. My experience only sours when it was time to check out. Shop at this location with thick skin otherwise your feelings will get hurt.

If you hit skip, which most people do, it counts as a "No" and the employees are punished. That's some scumbaggery from the company and a horrible policy. Cheap earbuds be damned if they treat their employees like that.
