On my visit, I attempted to add an item at the drive-thru window after ordering at the speaker. There were only two cars behind me, yet I was told this could not be done because there was a “line.” I was instructed to either go inside or re-enter the drive-thru, which shows a lack of basic customer service and flexibility. The larger issue, however, was the charge for a simple drink I order for my young daughter: a tall cup of water with a single scoop of strawberries. At every other Starbucks I’ve visited outside this area, water is free and strawberries are charged as a small add-on (about $0.50). At this location, I was charged $5.75 for what is essentially water with fruit. This is not a tea, latte, or any other custom beverage that would justify such a price. If this store is intentionally ringing this in as something else to increase sales, that is misleading at best and fraudulent at worst. Customers should not be overcharged for something so basic, especially when it contradicts standard pricing at other Starbucks stores. I request that this matter be reviewed immediately, that the district manager responsible be held accountable, and that a correction is made to prevent this from happening to other customers. Please also provide clarification on Starbucks’ official policy for pricing water with fruit add-ins. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to...
Read moreMy recent visit to this Starbucks left much to be desired. Despite being in the store and waiting patiently, I had to endure over a 5-minute wait just to be served a simple coffee that took less than 15 seconds to prepare, including the payment. What's more frustrating is the apparent prioritization of the drive-thru customers over those inside the store. There were 6(SIX) baristas and all were only working on drive-thru orders while I alone waited there feeling foolish for giving my hard-earned money for a cup of caffeine. Every customer, whether at the counter or in the drive-thru, deserves equal respect and efficient service.
Unfortunately, the manager, Jay, failed to address the issue adequately. Instead of offering a sincere apology, Jay offered excuses, citing being behind 30 minutes. While I understand that challenges may arise, it's essential for management to handle such situations professionally and ensure all customers are treated with respect and fairness. If a 30-minute delay is considered normal here, there's clearly a problem that needs to be addressed.
It's crucial for both customers and corporate to be aware of such service lapses. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff, there's room for improvement in terms of prioritizing in-store customers and better management of wait times. Hopefully, this feedback will lead to positive changes...
Read moreIf you go from open till 4pm they will serve you anything. If you go from 5pm they say they are out of matcha, lemonade for the teas, mocha or the cookie for the crumble, pretty much anything that takes time to make in my opinion. They will make you strawberry acai with water. It’s like some days they probably measure things correctly so the drinks come out good and other times they don’t. Hit or miss spot. One evening i went to get matcha latte in the evening they didnt have the girl with the pixie faded pink hair said they didn’t know when they would have it. I tested it by going the next day in the morning around 10:30am and they sure had matcha latte and oat milk and mocha cookie crumble. I personally feel they choose what to make at certain times because for a Starbucks there should be drinks available all the time. I understand pastries but Starbucks is known for their drinks. Drive through is slow so is inside but the staff are nice even though they never last. I’m local to the area so I come here often. Your best shot at getting a drink correct is in the morning nothing after...
