One particular "assistant manager" is incredibly rude. After calling and asking if they had a part in stock, I get hung up on; after calling back 2 times with no answer, I decide to drive in. I find the part I'm looking for, and upon getting to the counter, the assistant manager notes "oh, you're the guy that called", then insisting they put me on hold and didn't have the part I was looking for at all. Clearly they had the part I was looking for as it was in my hand. The assistant manager was quite rude and did Noy apologize or show any indication they were at fault. After asking for their managers phone number (it was late at night), they give it to me, then proceed to tell the one other worker they "need to take my side when emailing the manager to let them know about this incident with the customer... Or something bad would happen". Really? You're going to bully your own employee? That's wrong.
Needless to say I won't stop here unless I really need as there are several other stores along the road.
For what it's worth, the other employee did seem to try and be helpful with the other customers as well as keeping the store clean...

Ordering wrong parts 2 separate visits and hoping to start all over and renew the business ethics just was told they don't at all sell the part I need. I have to say only one employee was appreciated fir his efforts but having no experience and assistance by his Co workers caused him to fail it pisses me off when things are handle so unprofessional and being wrong twicr is unexceptable. This kid Nick or Nill was he's nameat least tryed dealing with someone mistake looking up to correct it and answering the calls all at the same time. While 3 Co workers just stand there looking stupid I pointed out that they could help by answering the calls and not just stand there making no effort at all
The elder white hair male I thought was the manager. Obviously he wasn't and if he was corperate needs to review this stores proformance what happen to knowlegsble help that's relyable ??...
Read moreUpdated Review.... with the Sunnyvale store closing I have actually been forced to use the store. I will say this the service and the friendliness has definitely improved. The last three times I was there the people behind the counter were very helpful and friendly. I spoke to someone on the phone and they were very polite and put the part on hold for me. I've increased the rating from 2 to 4 stars. So far so good. Below is my old review. I left it intact. Things change . So, they deserve the appropriate review. Again,it's just my opinion. Hope your experiences are pleasant.
I actually try to use the one Sunnyvale most of the time. This one is close to my house. So, occasionally I have to use the store. But I prefer to use the store in Sunnyvale because they are very friendly there. I do not like the mountain view store at all. You'll see the difference when you go in.
