I have to RAVE on Staples of Murfreesboro! TOP NOTCH service over in the printing department.... Every experience I have there is pleasant (cashiers, etc), but I specifically want to say what an OUTSTANDING pleasure it is to work with Nicolette & her team in the printing department. As a small business owner, I LOVE it when people go above & beyond" the call of duty & they do it with an amazing attitude & smile on their face! You can tell she loves what she does... She has been my "printing HERO" on multiple occasions ... truly. She is just a "make it happen" type of person - I so appreciate that about her & her team! she will have 1,000 things going on, but she ALWAYS makes your need a priority & if you throw her a curve ball, she adjusts & does it with a smile on her face! The printing quality is great & if something is not "just so," she takes care of it quickly! She brings a solution & she brings it with a smile! I highly recommend working with the STAPLES printing team... Nicolette & her team are truly outstanding professionals & provide the absolute best service with a smile. This complaint is regarding a prior experience, I am a business owner/ I decided to do back-to-school shopping early Sunday! AUGUST 11th I needed to use the restroom, typically you go to the back clear signs(Restroom )so I went to the cashier and the young man said in front of managers one lady had a grey shirt, eyeglasses, and short hair,” he said we no longer provide restroom for the customers” So I had to visit PetSmart to use the restroom. I went in today to print out an important document, I overheard an employee provide a code to use to the customer for the restroom. New management is needed at this location.

Read moreI don’t go to staples often, but I just left today. There were three employees at the register talking, and it was my turn, and the one lady scanning my stuff did not say a word to me. After scanning and bagging, she turned and talked to the other employees. I waited about 30 seconds, and the other employee was asking if my card wasn’t working. I told her that I was waiting for the cashier to confirm something on the register. After another few seconds, she confirmed whatever she needed and I inserted my card. Waited another bit of time, and finally after she finishes saying what she was saying to her coworkers. She hands me my receipt and turns back around and kept talking with it looking at me or saying anything.
