This place has some screwed up ppl working here. Ive never been so mad at a store in a long long time. Let me explain i made an appointment to check out my car to see wat needs fixed. So i made it Tuesday at 4. Im little bit early didnt expect them to get to it till 4 just wanted to be ontime. I get there n find out dude never put it down so i told em i did make the appointment. But they had an opening anyway so they checked it. Afterwards they told me i needed couple things done. But 2 parts i needed now so i set up appointment for opening at 5 on Thursday. Cost fot the two parts alignment labor n tax was gonna be $171. N some change so i got the money n wen thursday came around i was early by 20 min n checked in to find out they didnt have the appointment down n then he couldnt get to it till next day n he was gonna charge me $371 n some change the parts were inner tie rod n lower cobtrol arm bushing i later gt them at auto zone for like $9.99 n $31.00. The guy befor who looked at the car said they only pay $15 for bushing. So how do they make jump from 171 to 371 n only takes hour to hour 1/2 labor time at $75 an hour. It was obvious that the guy on later shift was trying to get more $ for his own pocket strait scandal.....

No offense to the M store, but given the choice I would much rather go here, partly because they sell rifle AND pistol caliber ammo, and partly because of their awesome staff. I describe it like this - it's comparable to the difference between Walmart and Hy-Vee; you are going to get a much better experience and quality at Hy-Vee, but Walmart has everything. The same goes for Menards (Walmart), and Farm and Fleet (Hy-Vee), although, F&F does not seem to be more expensive, they just don't have the crazy 11% rebate, which is a whole other marketing story anyhow. The worst management and customer service experiences I have ever had are in this store. I've been lied to straight to my face by the agricultural department manager and I've had three different occurrences of the price displayed not ringing up correctly, management is called and they do not honor the display price. Oh and don't let me forget the slip and fall I took 5 ft from the door because there was no salt down, now 9 months later still causes me significant pain and I have been told by their insurance, WestBend Insurance, that they are claiming no fault "they had ice melt downthat was...
