While Dillard's can be a place that's fun to shop it can also be a horrific experience. I had bought some baby items in Dillard's from the Polo section curbside and after realizing I needed to size up I returned to the store to size up. While I thought this would be easy... Oh was I wrong!!!. Tamara, an elderly white lady with a distinct accent she was very rude. The entire time she wore a frown on her face and scolded me on why I couldn't exchange my items for a different size “keeping in mind I had my receipt and all items had their tags” . Instead, she gave me at least (7-8 gift cards)to repurchase the same items in a different size. I then proceeded to ask her how was her day because I figured she might've had a bad day... Her response was to quit talking because she's trying to focus she then said her tone and the unwelcoming frown that she wore on her face was because she was merely trying to “focus”. I believe that's a sorry excuse for treating me as such because without customers like myself and other shoppers Tamra wouldn't have her job. Tamara was not trying to focus, because before me waiting in line as she rang up other customers she was laughing and smiling. Thus I will not be returning to Dillards and I will be spending my money at places where I'm treated with equity and respect. Horrible customer service In addition while looking on the different rack, Tamara positioned herself I'm my isle and started me down while shopping the entire time. Can you imagine being watched the “entire time”... Very uncomfortable.. I was treated like a criminal Tamara was very rude, unprofessional and her behaviour...
Read moreI was at dillards on Saturday, June 1st and shopped for about 2 hours. Around 1 PM I checked out and left my sunglasses on the counter. As soon as I got down the escalator I realized I left my sunglasses on the counter. I immediately went back up and they said it wasnt there. I called when I got home to follow up and was told they weren't turned in. When my boyfriend got home he suggested I call and ask them to review security cameras, so I did. They called me back and said they had them. I picked then up at 830 PM just grateful to have them back. (They are Prada glasses we bought at a wounded warrior auction so we paid a little more than if we bought them from a store) I put then on today and there is a huge scratch, on the inside of the lense, that's so deep you can feel it through a cloth. I've had these glasses for a year and never got one little scratch on it let alone a scratch an inch long on the inside of the lense, everyone I've showed it to believes it deliberate. Since it's right in the line of my pupil, they are now useless. I spent just under $600 in the store yesterday and now my glasses, that took 3 inquires and a managet to locate, are ruined. I will NEVER spend another dime at this store. Not for clothes, shoes, purses or make up, which is what I always shop there for....

From the moment I walked up, he greeted me with such warmth and genuine friendliness—it truly made my day!

As someone who had never purchased a Jo Malone fragrance before, I felt completely at ease in his hands. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and expertly guided me to a scent that felt personal and just right for me. Thanks to his help, I walked away with my very first Jo Malone cologne—and I absolutely love it! He also introduced me to some of the brand’s gorgeous home scents, and I couldn’t resist picking up something lovely for my space as well.
This gentleman is a true asset to the Dillard’s team. Logan's professionalism, passion for the brand, and warm demeanor made my shopping experience feel truly special.
