I recently had the pleasure of visiting Icetime Luxe. I must say, I was blown away by the luxurious atmosphere and the wide selection of trendy and stylish clothing. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service provided by Mimi, one of the store's staff members.

From the moment I walked in, Mimi greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel like a valued customer. She took the time to understand my personal style and helped me navigate through the store to find the perfect outfit for me. i went there for the first time today i picked up and looked at 3 pairs of pants and refolded them perfectly and put them back exactly how i found them. Really loved the store and products at first and was gonna buy some stuff until this employee asked “do you need help finding a size” so i replied “no thanks im just looking around” and she snaps back at me and says “no so you’re just gonna unfold them all great thanks” as she grabs the 2 pairs i previously had and the pair i was holding out of my hands as she aggressively folds it back up and puts them exactly how i had them back then as she stared at me and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the rest of the store so it made me realize i never want to go in there again awful experience this lady made me and my girlfriend extremely...

Happen to walk pass this store in the mall and I can tell you it's an eye catcher. I walked in with my nephew, niece and daughter and I can tell you the gentleman at the door was very welcoming and nice. Although I knew I wasn't going to purchase anything it was nice to see some REAL high fashion merchandise. The kids really enjoyed how clean and nice the store was.
