I have to say I am very disappointed in this place. I brought in my pendant to be attached to my necklace. We agreed on a price to achieve the purpose properly, after waiting an hour, i returned to see that the had it attached but it wasnt sitting properly. They said the clasp with the pendant was too small, i asked how much more a bigger on would be and was told he would ask his boss and came back with a price a little more with trading in the old clasp. He said he would even cut a few dollars more which made me happy and i thought wow this is a great place and will will recommend and use them for more jewelry. Then he calls after another hour saying its done but his boss was mad because of the labor it took and changed the deal after our agreement. That is bad business, i was too tired waiting already to now be waiting again for them to cut it off so I paid the jacked up price that they extorted from me by deviating from our agreement. Stupid ownership does not know how to do business, yea you got your extra money but you lost so much more in repeat business and...

My husband went in here the other night and bought a necklace from these people. It was not worth the money and I told him they screwed him. So he called the lady and she said she'd return the necklace for him. When he went to return it last night they told him they Wouldnt. They took full advantage over someone who did not know what he was doing for a fake necklace. I will be contacting coastal grand mall and the better buruea of sc and get a lawyer if i had to. The lady on the phone said she would take it back so they should do the right thing. But they obviously take advantage of people who don't know no better it's sick.. Reply to ur review: That's a lie on ur employees behalf because she did tell us to come nack she eould tretirn it. Obviously you do not have good quality items or you would back them. I do not want any more of your fake items i just want my money back. You seem friendly by the reply but I are arrogant on the phone and are lying about what ur employee said cause she said co.e...

Wish I could give 10 stars. Joe the jeweler is beyond phenomenal. I have never left any store crying with just the purest happiness. I left my mother's wedding rings to be repaired which were over 50 years old and had been cut off her finger due to a work accident 40 years ago. Found them when mom passed away in 2016 and thought they couldn't be repaired. Thanks to Joe I wore those rings with tears out of the store. They look so amazing. Need a jeweler? Please...
