JIB food is JIB food no matter which one you go too, BUT......... Customer Service now that's a different story! I noticed that the JIB owner has been responding to these reviews so I hope you at least read this one. Call me old school or better yet dissatisfied customer, because last week I went in with a gift card that had $25 on it. After placing my order the cashier said the card said $0. I said impossible due to the fact that it hadn't been used and I pulled up the JIB Gift Card Balance App that clearly stated the balance to be $25. After multiple attempts the manager walked by and told her she was doing it wrong that it needed to be done a certain way the cashier said yes I know but it didn't work. She proceeded to explain what was going on and without a word the manager walked away and just stood by the fryer! Myself and another guest who came with me left hungry that evening! Yesterday we went back ordered and paid with the same gift card without a single problem. Back to the old school statement, I remember a time when there use to be an unwritten rule that stated "The Customer Is Always Right!" No questions asked and every avenue to correct a problem was explored! Those days have been long gone for most establishments (and I'm not excluding high priced fine dining) and that's a terrible thing. I think it should become part of the training process, because it should start at the door and I should walk out that for with a delightfully full stomach and a smile on my face looking forward to the next time I come back! I think I'll try the location on the motherhood of town next time, even though that's already an inconvenience due to the fact this one is closer. Where I east should NOT be DETERMINED by HOW I AM TREATED as a PAYING CUSTOMER!!!
AND I DON'T WANT TO HEAR SORRY ABOUT YOUR BAD EXPERIENCE!!! CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS MODEL!!! EXCEL AND SUCCEED BY BEING BETTER THAN THE REST AND WATCH YOUR STORE RAP THE REWARDS THAT THE...
Read more‼️FOOD CONTAMINATION-HAIR & FOREIGN OBJECTS‼️ I ordered from door dash here tonight at around 11pm. I don’t know WHAT the heck happened, like maybe they were mad at me for ordering an hour before they closed but I had MULTIPLE lint and hairs in every single thing of my food. This wasn’t just a “ew, there’s hair in my food”, it was as though someone threw all my food items on the ground on PURPOSE. It was so absolutely disgusting. Not just my burger, but EVERYTHING had all this hair and lint stuff. Once I realized I was picking out several hairs from my mouth, short hair, long, ball pieces of lint, I vomited. Continued to pick out small hairs out of my mouth for several minutes afterward too. Threw up a couple more times. I wish I was being dramatic but not a single bit of the experience is exaggerated. DoorDash even sent my refund request to an actual manager. I was very nice about the whole thing to her bc DoorDash is being the middle man. I don’t like being the bad reviewer but I’ve never experienced anything so horrible with food contamination in my life. DoorDash said they take foreign objects in food very seriously. I got a refund obviously. But dude, really jack n the box? I know you guys don’t get paid very much but that is SO not an an excuse to do something like this to someone (assuming this bc it was not normal). It was absolutely disgusting. Y’all should be ashamed of yourself for this. Absolutely the MOST disgusting thing I’ve ever experienced. I have contacted vthe health and safety dept for the restaurant in Napa. If I get sick from this, I will be suing and doing an investigation into what...
Read moreThis location is so slow in the evening, I'm baffled on how it's possible. Consistently takes 25-45mins to get ur food in the drive thru. Half the time u drive up to the order speaker & no one acknowledges u for 5-10mins unless u start yelling in the speaker to get their attention. Took 45mins to get 2 tacos the other night with only a single car ahead of me.. not unusual at this location. U get to the pickup window & they're laughing not staying on task. Few weeks ago a female employee was cutting cake slices for everyone, in the food prep area, no gloves, licking her fingers between each slice.. observing that blatant disregard for so many health codes, made me reconsider purchasing food from this location anymore. I've been a Certified Professional Food Manager for the better part of 15 years. So many Health Code Violations happening in that moment. From the jewelry, the fake nails, the nail polish, the non-authorized food in the food prep area, her licking her fingers & not wearing gloves... I'm cool. I can imagine what we don't see in...
