This realtor team was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond what I ever expected. Not only did they do the work to sell our condo within a short time frame but facilitated the minor repairs that was needed for the sale. A major issue was discovered during inspection that there had been water damage which was damaging the patio. The Condo Association cited that it was due to a poorly poured patio which would have meant a major repair. Pamela took it upon herself to investigate during a rainy day and discovered that the problem was overflowing gutters. She then took pictures and presented them to the Condo Association and dealt with them in getting the gutters repaired.
