It is not a Japanese restaurant, per se. We were hoping -san ICHI TOGARASHI was actually in the kitchen, but it appears to be run by East Asian people (nice service). Extensive menu offered Chinese, Thai, Korean and Japanese dishes. The size of the menu was a bit much for any restaurant and especially for just 1 to 2 cooks in the kitchen. That’s probably why our two very different dishes were essentially identical, with identical ingredients only my ramen had broth in it and my husband’s dish was without broth. Food itself was a C. Marinated pork was very good. But both our dishes had too much dark soy sauce, overpowering any other flavors the dishes could have/should have had. Instead of bok choy, they used kale (weird), which does not exactly work in Asian dishes, too course. The weirdest thing was that they keep their dishes in a fridge and serve hot food in them, so that the food arrives not so hot and you touch frozen dishes. For a Japanese-named restaurant, they did not carry the most popular Japanese beer like Asahi and Sapporo. It is a brand new place and furnishings tables/chairs are visibly used.  Overall, we looked forward to coming here and were a bit disappointed. If they find their focus, reduce menu by 75%, maybe we’ll give it...

ICHI TOGARASHI is a cozy gem that offers the enticing aroma of Asian cuisine and famous ramen, creating an inviting atmosphere that beckons you inside. Despite its smaller size, the restaurant excels in delivering warm, kind, and personable service that makes every guest feel at home.

The dishes at ICHI TOGARASHI are top-notch, showcasing the richness and depth of Asian culinary traditions. Each bowl of ramen is a masterpiece, brimming with flavor and crafted with care. The menu features a variety of expertly prepared dishes, each one a testament to the chefs' dedication to quality and authenticity.

The intimate setting of ICHI TOGARASHI allows for a more personalized dining experience. The staff’s genuine friendliness and attentiveness contribute to a welcoming ambiance that complements the exceptional food. I loved all the recommendations were awesome, I feel grateful for their service and their welcoming energy, and I am looking forward to going back.

In summary, ICHI TOGARASHI is a delightful spot for those seeking the comforting flavors of Asian cuisine and renowned ramen. With its warm, kind service and outstanding dishes, it offers a dining experience that is both intimate...

Truly a gem-of-a restaurant!

I went for the first time with family some days ago and got the spicy kimchi bacon dip, the dimsum welcome set, pork creamy tomato pot, and the chicken shoyu ramen (all of which I highly recommend getting).

The food was, prominently, strong and flavorful. I don’t think it’s an underestimate when I say that it was some of the best I’ve had (and relished) in a while. Portions were perfect and even allowed for sharing between people! The options alone make it accessible to all, considering how extensive it is.

In terms of the environment, it was nothing short of cozy and welcoming. The restaurant is beautifully furnished and allows for a relaxing immersion as you eat. I felt comfortable amidst other diners and loved the music they had playing!

In addition, the staff was just lovely. Our server was extremely kind and considerate when taking our orders. We stayed at the table for a while, yet never felt rushed. Everyone there was thoroughly kind. It really enhanced the experience :)

Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you want to dine at an overall...

I feel so honored that we found this absolute gem of a restaurant, and on its 4th day being opened! It was my first time in Naples with my husband and sister and we were wandering downtown. We saw this simple sign with a bit of a conspicuous door. We honestly weren’t even sure if the door was going to open, and it did to this amazing smell and exclusive-feeling dining room. With only a few tables, be sure to get reservations or get there early because I know this place is going to get busy quick! The menu is amazing. They have shareable items, dishes that are so tasty you wouldn’t want to share, and lots of different appetizers/dumplings/small plates so you can really try a little bit of whatever you are in the mood for! We started with the pork dumplings. They smelled so good we forgot to take a picture. Next, we all ordered smoked salmon onigiri. For the main dish we chose the pork belly ramen (tonkotsu). Everything was so tasty! I literally can’t say anything bad about this restaurant and the experience I had with my family. It was a highlight of our entire vacation!

My boyfriend and I came upon this restaurant on vacation and I am so glad we did! We made a reservation prior and got sat at our table promptly. It was busy, which is a good sign! Also, I want to mention that I am vegan but my boyfriend is not. For appetizers we got the Tofu and Mushrooms as well as the Togarashi Spicy Edamame, everything was so delicious and flavorful we both enjoyed them. Next, for entrees my boyfriend got the Ichinisan Special Pork Broth Ramen and I had the Vegan Curry Dumpling Ramen. We were both speechless our food was incredible and full of flavor! My boyfriend even tasted mine and he said my broth was the best broth he's ever had! We both finished our entire bowl! The food did not take long to come out and the service was very good! If I am ever in Naples, FL again I will 100% be coming back here and getting that vegan curry dumpling ramen!! I highly recommend this place especially are you are nearby!! Thank you to everyone that made our experience so memorable! :)
