We were extremely disappointed to have our sunset tour canceled at 7:38 PM the night before our scheduled time. The excuse provided was that they are a small family business and didn’t have a tour guide available. However, it’s hard to believe this wasn’t known earlier in the day. Even more concerning, their website still shows availability for the same date and time we were told was no longer possible—just not through the Groupon we used.

We booked five spots and this was meant to be the highlight of our trip. Unfortunately, with our travel schedule, we couldn’t reschedule. I would not use this tour to book anything for you and your family. My family was visiting Florida on a limited vacation and my son was so looking forward to taking one of these tours. When we got there (after waiting for 10 minutes after our departure time since no one showed up), we learned that the company, one, overbooked the amount of spots for the tour and two, did not have enough trikes to accommodate everyone. My son is very young and we also were traveling with two senior citizens the mopeds they offered were not an option. So we wasted a lot of time on vacation and we could’ve been doing something else. Had an awesome tour from Jay! Super knowledgeable about the area, and overall very personable guy, made the experience that much better! We had a small group on our tour, however some other folks in our group had a small mishap and had to head back early. Jay left us to explore a little on our own, but made up for it by meeting back up with us and extending the time of our tour! The electric scooters were also very nice and easy to ride for anyone.
