Hair Cuttery — Local services in Nashua

I would highly recommend this location to anyone! My husband usually gets his hair cut at hair cuttery and we are always looking for a good location with which we want to stick to. We feel like we have finally found the location! The only downside is we live in Boston and this salon is in Nashua, NH! We stopped by 8 Spit Brook Road last weekend for my husband to get a hair cut. The salon was very welcoming especially our stylist SIDNEY! We had a bad hair cut experience at a different salon a few months ago which just came up during our conversation. She took the issue very seriously and made sure that the issue was discussed internally. She also made sure that we got our smile back guarantee which we were not aware of! We will definitely stop by for a hair cut if we are around...

Extremely RUDE staff. Two employees, no people in the chair getting any services done. Waiting 5 minutes while employees gossiped and turned around - no smile, no eye contact... “it’s gonna be a couple hours at least.” I say ok, and we talk about making an appt but she never smiles, is short, absolutely NO customer service and just extremely rude! I couldn’t believe it.

I walked away with my two little girls and said ... let’s find somewhere else! Went down the street to a salon that had tons of employees, lots of customers and still were so happy and upbeat! Quoted me a 30 Minute wait and took us in 10 minutes. That’s what I call customer service. Cost a few dollars more - but worth it! I will never give my hard earned money to...

Every time I have gone I have had to wait for 40+ minutes to get a cut. I was told today by S that they dont do reservations over the phone but that the wait would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later and I just had to leave...
