Pharamacy has no customer service in any shape or form. This place has had complaints for years and CVS does nothing about it. KATHERINE or KATLIN (cant recall) at the counter is rude and PAULA lies through her teeth every time. "10-15 minutes it will be ready" 45 minutes later, "if you want the script then wait and stop making comments".
I wanted to add to my review. The thing that triggered me was that another older woman came in to get a prescription. My mom's age or older. She had explained that she had called ahead and that was told that her prescription was ready to be picked up. She also explained she did this because the last time she had to wait in a line outside for more than 1/2 hour and her perscription was still not ready. There was absolutely no sympathy or questions as to this lady. Just told that the prescription was not ready and she would have to wait.
In the sense of customer service. I'm going to be an honest human being and say, at least say something, say some BS, or even just own it that you are backed up and you apologize for the inconvenience. But this woman was left with blank stares as the woman working the counter walked away. The old woman actually was a little testy and made a few comments herself after she was waiting, and having to stand because there's no chairs, for additional time that she did not plan on.
I just felt I needed to add that part. Yes the pharmacy's gets backed up at times, and it's understandable. But when you tell somebody 10 to 15 minutes, you have now made a statement, and me as the customer has a right to ask questions after a half hour to 45 minutes. And in the case of the older woman that came in. At least try to inquire further information. Such as when did she make the call, and if it was over an hour prior, should at least inquire to wear or how long the prescription is actually going to take to be filled. At this point it's more of a common courtesy than customer service.

Read moreOn July 14, 2025, around 5:30 PM, I visited the CVS location listed above to legally purchase a small quantity of U-100 insulin syringes. I am over 18 years old and needed the syringes for a prescribed compounded tirzepatide (Zepbound) injection — a legitimate and medically supervised therapy.
Under New Hampshire RSA 318:52-c, individuals 18 years or older are permitted to purchase up to 10 hypodermic syringes without a prescription. This statute is clear and is intended to facilitate safe access to sterile medical supplies.
Despite this, the on-duty pharmacist (an Asian woman with glasses)
refused to sell me syringes, falsely insisting that a prescription was required. This is incorrect, violates state law, and unjustifiably obstructs access to necessary medical treatment. The misinformation I was given could pose health risks, particularly for patients managing injectable therapies outside of standard retail injector pens.
This behavior reflects a lack of knowledge of applicable law, and potentially unethical conduct by a licensed healthcare provider. As a result, I will also be including this account in a formal public review, to ensure patients are informed of their rights and the risks of encountering such misinformation at this pharmacy.
I request that the Board review this incident and take whatever action is necessary to ensure that pharmacists licensed in New Hampshire are educated, compliant with the law, and not endangering patients by denying them legal access to critical...
Read moreEdit: If there's a way to speak to someone in the pharmacy please let me know. I've called multiple times over the past several days, waited on hold for over 15 minutes each time, and no one ever answers the phone.
The store itself is fine, but my experience at the pharmacy was terrible. The head pharmacist was extremely rude when I went to drop off my prescription, giving me a difficult time because my doctor prints out two prescriptions on one sheet of paper. The pharmacist scolded me like I was a child because I had separated the two prescriptions so I could drop off the correct one. How else am I supposed to drop off one prescription and not the other without separating them? I mentioned I had never had an issue at my old CVS pharmacy, and she snapped at me, telling me they were wrong to do it for me like it was my fault. I will not be going back to...
