Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Nashua

I have been in this area for over a decade, even half of that time my employment was on the D.W. and I never even noticed this pizza hut. I saw an ad on tv and decided to order online. I thought the closest location was on Amherst street so I was surprised when I realized there was one much closer to my house. So, with that said, I've ordered from other similar pizza places online and I pick it up and bring it back home. Other pizza places are pretty much like that, you order it and either get carry out or delivery. So, again, I was surprised when I came in to see a large area to sit down. Chairs and booths through the place. They even have a salad bar. So, I had already paid. The cashier was incredible! I had asked another employee if I could sit instead and she pointed over to the waiting booths. I replied with "oh, I can't eat here?" It seemed like a big inconvenience for her. She said yeah that's fine we just won't put it in a box. I just politely said "Nevermind. It is my first time ordering here and I didn't know there was seating, but it's okay." A few minutes later she came back out offering me a table again because she didn't want to see me stand if I didn't want to. So perhaps she realized she came off a little rude and was trying to make it right? The food was great and I would like to order again. My daughter's and I drove over 30 minutes to go to this Pizza hut in Nashua. We literally had the worst waitress ever! She took like 10 minutes getting our water and when we ordered she had no idea of the specials in menu. She wrote nothing down. Came back like ten minutes later and asked again if we wanted sauce for wings and what kind of pizza we ordered. It was a very simple order and when the pizza came almost an hour later it was wrong and everything else we ordered was cold. She never once apologized or asked us if we needed more beverages or how the food was. By the time the correct pizza came out we were ready to leave. She handed us the bill and it was wrong for the special and no discount for wrong pizza when she asked us twice about a one topping pizza. IT WAS SO BAD, OUR FIRST TIME WOULD...

It is very unfortunate the way the waitress provided service to the people on dine in (she is easy to recognize per all her tattoos). The service was awful, we never felt so uncomfortable by receiving the drinks without straws and in bad mood. If I didn't ask her to take our order she would let us wait more time and when she finally came with the pizzas, only drop them in our table without plates. She never asked if we need anything else and we had to pay on the front pushing us to hurry up.

I love this franchise since I was a boy and it is a shame that one person makes us feel to not ever come back there.
