Could not get thru to geek squad, but after several hours of different tecks finally salved problem with Moto stylus g phone I purchased thru best buy , let's say 1 Best Buy Could make Some Notes On How to set up Phone thru Your Preferred Carrier,. especially if you have to choose a Carrier at time of purchase like I did to get the sale , if I had known Verizon priced matched I would of bought phone thru them. What good is it if you cannot get thru to customer service tried 2 days. No answer. That was waiting on phone 1 hrvor more then getting disconnected. They have to reset something on there end has nothing to do with phon . Read moreI was having battery problems with my iPhone (otherwise working perfectly fine) so I took it in to get the battery replaced at Geek Squad. The nice man asked me a bunch of questions and then took my phone out back to run diagnostics on it. When he came back he informed me that it was not a battery problem, but rather a logic board issue and they could not repair it. He told me I could either spend $400 to replace my phone or $800 to upgrade to a new one. This didn't seem right to me so I called another shop, iPhone Repair by iRich in Westford, MA, and Rich said this was BS and replaced the battery that day. My computer was not connecting to our WIFI and also dropping the signal - most annoying as I work from home. Ian was a great listener with EXCELLENT technical skills and resolved my issue within a short while. He also suggested products in the store that I might consider if the problem developed again.
