Do not recommend. Zero communication unless you initiate it. Rude and unprofessional. Company has to be reminded each time they are called about who you are and what repair needs to be completed. Plus, when they attempted to work with the warranty company they didn't get anywhere. So, they asked me to handle it and said they were "done".

The lamp to my TV had burned out and the TV quit working. I ordered a new lamp-put it in the TV-no picture or sound. Sent a message to the web-site. Steve responded to check the lamp door to make sure it was fastened correctly. My husband re-inserted the door-WHOA-the TV worked perfectly. Steve was very knowledgeable, honest and very friendly. He communicated clearly about the scheduled date and got another call on the day of service and he was punchul. He came to fix a TV under warranty and the conversation that we had was really great, while he was working to get it fixed.
