Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

had the most uncomfortable experience here… usually I have had really sweet broistas but the what I assume to be Manager was actually the rudest worker there. I ordered and paid for a large rebel with no ice and got a small size so when I asked about it saying “ is this a large “ she just shooed me away and was not even making eye contact. I looked at the cup oz and realized it literally was a smaller size So I pulled around went to the window and was greeted by Levi who is and has been one of the best workers! Always helpful and kind every time I visit this stand. The manager here however or supervisor, not even sure she was wearing a black hat with neck tattoos looked like she couldn’t be bothered. When talking to Levi to resolve the issue or just recieve an explanation Levi asked for her help to which she came over looked me up and down with a upset face and yells “ if she wants a large get her a large “ and stormed off mumbling under her breath… my three other passengers I came with witnessed the same thing. Sweet Levi continued to help me and honestly maybe you all should fire that girl and put Levi in her place, he seems more mature, sweet and knowledgeable. I give them a 5 stars in everything because everyone there is lovely, the coffee is great and the atmosphere is so friendly even if today the girl outside(close to 4pm) taking orders was completely rude and unprofessional, we were in line way before another car drove up on the other side so the girl taking the orders went to the other driver and i let her know we were there first when we let her she said she has to do side to side (but were there all the time and we always tell them if someone is there before us because we don't cut in line even if we all get our coffe in time is a matter of principle) anyway when I tried telling her after she hesitated to come back to us(I think she was debating just letting us place our order at the window) anyway she accused me of yelling and copped an attitude. Everyone there is always super sweet and I have a great relationship with all we're there everyday...but this girl (I don't know her name and didn't bother to ask because I debated whether or not I should even say soemthing) this girl was definitely not representative of durch...

My boyfriend and I have always gone to Starbucks (literally every morning) until we came by here one morning just to try it out & needless to say, we do not frequent the bucks anymore! We LOVE everything about Dutch Bros from the drinks to the service! Rachael goes above and beyond every time we see her and we look forward to getting our coffee in the mornings! We get our daily coffee fix as well as GREAT customer service & good conversation!! If there’s a way to help get RACHAEL hire up in the ranks at this shop I think it definitely needs to happen ASAP! No matter how busy she is, going from car to car, always smiling and always so friendly and so knowledgeable about the menu, she is so patient with me when I have a difficult order (bc yes I’m one of those people sometimes) 😂😂 I watch her take orders from vehicles lined around the building & when we get to the window to grab our order, she’s somehow made her way into the store to make the drinks also! Talk about a go getter and someone who TRULY cares for...
