Would give 0 stars if I could. After purchasing a pair of $700 sunglasses from this location by store manager Rebecca McConnel, I found that the sunglasses had visible damage(a deep scratch on the ear stem and some of the letters of the word Louis Vuitton had already been wearing off) leading me to believe that i had been sold the store display model that anyone can walk in and handle/wear. Upon trying to exchange them for a new pair, I was met with disdain and the store manager acted like it was something I did and clearly did not want to help me. I asked her if she sold me the display model and she openly admitted that she did then had the nerve to ask me if i had worn the sunglasses at all because she couldn't do an exchange if I had so much as put them on my face! I of course said no, but I cannot believe that she would sell me a pair of sunglasses that countless numbers of people could come into the store and handle/wear(and obviously damaged) but would refuse to exchange them if I had worn them at all! Also can't believe a store like Louis Vuitton would attempt to charge me full price for a used item, and I was never made aware of the fact that I was being sold a display model at time of purchase. I suppose she did that to get rid of the damaged pair hoping I wouldn't notice. But the story doesn't end here, while I ultimately got the exchange for an actually new pair, after I left and got 5 minutes down the road I discovered that she had given me the same damaged pair again as the exchange!!! I WAS FURIOUS!!! I promptly returned and was obviously upset but tried to maintain my composure. She apologized and went to get the undamaged pair that she was supposed to have given me in the first place, and guess where they were? On the display! That means that even if she did give me the new pair that she would have put the old damaged pair back on display to sell to some other unfortunate person. Overall, if you want to buy something from Louis Vuitton I'd recommend going to this store to see the product in person and then buy it online from their website since this store likes to sell damaged/used goods for full price and then not want to help you return or exchange them. One last thing, when I went back the second time to get the actual non-damaged pair the manager asked me if I wanted to shoot her! It was said in an off the cuff/turn of phrase way, but I personally felt that she was attempting to coerce me into saying something that could have been perceived as a threat so she could call mall security on me to get rid of me. AVOID THIS STORE AND ITS MANAGER REBECCA MCCONNELL AT ALL COSTS!!! Or you may be stuck with highly priced...
Read moreI have been in this boutique at Green Hills several times. Originally I was just browsing, I found a few bags I liked. The salesman never faltered when I said, " This one, that one... can I see the first one again? Can I see the other one side by side?". My trips were all about the same. The sales associates would write down the names of the bags I liked along with the cost.
One day, my husband came home with a big brown bag...... my first thought, what did you do? As it was no special occasion. It was a surprise he and my friend had worked on, just because.
I carried that bag (Totally GM) for a year or so, then one of the 4 brass rings that held the handle broke. I took it to the store, they shipped it off for repair, explaining the process to me. Again, nothing but friendly service. I have 2 young daughters who browsed around, no one was bothered by them, they actually enjoyed them.
I looked at a few more bags, did the same indecisive browsing. After dinner, I went back and purchased the Galleria, right at closing. Great customer service.
My bag was repaired (free of charge, all 4 connections were replaced)..... we had been having a girls day, I was with my 3 and 4 year old daughters. .. who were exhausted, we had been having so much fun I Sephora, we lost track of time and we're late to recital practice.
I'm assuming the ladies could see the exhaustion in all 3 of us, she offered my daughters a bottle of water and snacks (I think she knew I needed some help getting them back in the car at this point).
Every time I have been in this store, everyone has been very friendly and never once rude. I want to also let you know, I probably don't look like a typical customer. I don't usually splurge on myself, I am more into comfort than fashion. I may have been wearing designer clothing from a boutique or maybe goodwill. I may have been wearing my target clothes and anything in between. My hair is typically pretty disheveled. ... but, not one time did I feel "sized up" walking in there. Not once did I feel anyone thought I was wasting their time (I wasn't going to purchase anything anyway ), I wasn't hurried at any time.
Perhaps there is new staff, but you should give this boutique a try, I think it's great.
My visits were between summer 2012 and May 2016. Nothing but compliments to all associates, I have their names somewhere and thought I would recall them, but I can't...

LATE NOVEMBER 2024: From start to finish over a few different days, Dave was so wonderful to work with, purchasing my very first LV bag. Thankfully I was gifted to pick out an luxury bag of my choosing and have the "experience". This is something I will never forget, and even get emotional about. I spent a lot of time trying on all the bags, seeing the sizing and how it looks with my stature with their measurments (taking all the videos and photos) and also contemplating all the details and inclusions. I admit it was a bit overwhelming. I didn't realize how important using an arm strap was to me until I didn't have it on some of the bags I tried on. I'm also a big crossbody girlie. I'm OBSESSED with my final decision for the Coussin PM with silver colored hardware. I purchased it over the weekend and had it shipped to the store, where I was able to schedule a pick up appointment for a few days later/during the week when I had more time. I spent the next few days in anticipation for my appointment, and Dave kept me updated via text message. He really made this experience feel so special for me, I'm so grateful. During my appointment, Dave spent even more time with my husband and I, as we heard all about the LV brand, the specific purse I chose and the design behind it, as well as answering my million questions. I was informed about the free conditioning to the bag if needed. He also let me know that these special straps with this bag are not sold separately, but I can purchase again as a replacement if something happens to mine. There is so much to know and learn and we had a fantastic time! He mentioned another client just brought this bag in that they have had for years and still looks absolutely perfect. Photos do not do it justice but I will include some and definitely show her off! THANK YOU DAVE! I also want to make it very clear how helpful everyone was, you could really tell that everyone was a team-and it was super refreshing to see and to experience. So thankful.
