The food was amazing, but expensive. Let me start with that.
Whatever y'all are doing to make your servers so sad needs to stop. The poor girls at the bakery looked very sad, still had great service though, that's not their fault and don't make it their fault.
However there was also poor service from our waiter which I will blame. He was fine at first but we waited a long time after our food was delivered for us to get a few requests (to go boxes, ranch, and the au jus sauce missing from my aunt's French dip burger). After he came back, he was somewhat rude to my mother trying to hand her my bags for the to go boxes since I didn't take them from him fast enough for his taste. He brought my Aunt a duplicate of the Sriracha mayo (with a crack in it, so it made a mess on the table) instead of the au jus sauce. My aunt brought both things to his attention and he mostly ignored the messy container and seemed confused by her request for sauce (which the menu says comes with her meal). He came back again with the correct sauce. We went to pay the bill and I struggled to use the app so I called for him as he was walking off with my aunt's card so I may have angered him there. The reason why I mention that is because when he came back my mom stated she finished paying online he seemed to get defensive about it not showing that she did despite my mom showing him her phone. He then tried to take the phone from her and my mom had to stand her ground and be like "I'd rather you not take my phone but thanks." He checked again and it had loaded her payment. Overall, this man was not very patient with us and if the server wage was actually minimum wage I would not have tipped.
Lastly, someone needs to look at their restrooms morefrequently because the stalls are out of toilet paper and the paper towel rolls were too close to the heaping garbage (which was spilling all over the floor).
Thank you to the chefs and bakers who work here as well as the girls behind the bakery counter for working hard, however I believe my family is not returning (except maybe takeout) because of the service and cleanliness of the...
Read moreI’m a single mom so I’m very mindful and selective how I spent money and im disappointed I chose to spend it with Cheesecake Factory tonight. We have always been to Cheesecake to celebrate birthdays and important days in the past and honestly have had decent service and food. We went tonight to have dinner. My teens wanted to go to dinner to celebrate my birthday. Sadly, I regret I picked our dinner choice. Our server was okay. She did the things she had to do but nothing extra. I spent $220 with tip and the 2 best things we had was the bread that came to the table and the s’more cheesecake. My kids ordered the Mac n cheese burger, the pasta carbonara ( pasta was hard and undercooked with no flavor), the carne asada( I’ll come back to this), and the fettuccine Alfredo ( had maybe 3 pieces of chicken while the other pasta had like 20 pieces) and I had the truffle chicken ( was ok). I asked the server about steak for my 15 year old. I said she does not like anything on it like mushrooms or onions and she suggested the $41 filet mignon. I said no, that’s not an option. She suggested the carne Asada plain. We ordered that and it. And out with 5 little pieces or medallions that were equivalent to beef jerky. They looked like beef jerky and tasted dry and hard. I ended up stopping at a drive through buying her food to eat on the way home after purchasing her $25 meal. That’s frustrating. I asked our server about the mac & cheese, and she replied that it was hit or miss. That was definitely a miss. It tasted like maybe the cheese was too thick and they added water to thin it out Or possibly did not drain all of the water from the noodles, but it was very watery with a hint of cheese. I wrote this review to hopefully help you realize that there’s hard-working people out here spending money at your establishment and simply not worth it. As a single mom who works very hard for her money it’s frustrating to know that I spent that much money and my kids still went home hungry. I don’t think that we will be back...
Read moreI’d like to start by noting I would return in a small group (2-4). However we were there in a large group (12 adults 2 toddlers) to celebrate my husbands graduation from his masters program. I even called ahead to make a reservation which was a hassle as the First Lady I talked to stated it was their policy to not allow groups larger than 6. When we got there, they wouldn’t seat us until at least 7 were there, we were all there on time and filled in within 10 minutes but it still took 20 minutes to be seated. Now I know we were a large group and can be a challenge so we as a family always try to make it easy for the serves, ordering only water, except who’s being celebrate so it’s one less thing for them to remember and ordering as soon as we get there. Our serves personality was amazing she was kind and helpful. She checked on us frequently and kept the bread coming which was good because our food took somewhere between 30-45 minutes to come. We had ordered appetizers however they never came but still were on the bill. One of us ordered the bang bang chicken and shrimp, which is how it is on the menu, however no shrimp was on his plate when it came out. Given that it took 30-45 minutes to get food in the first place we were not about to send it back. However at the end we were still charged full price for this dish that was missing the most expensive part. Then given we were celebrating we wanted to wait it out for the cheese cake, it came a little speedier but still about 15 minutes. The food was good, smaller portions than you think, the Korean chicken was especially small and not filling. The Cajun pastas and salmon were delicious as well as the steak tacos and chicken shawarma. However as I stated previously, not a large group...
