5/5 Stars: A Taste of the Mediterranean in Every Bite!

I'm still reeling from my incredible dining experience at Cava, Cava the restaurant that has stolen my heart (and taste buds)! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. The modern, sleek decor and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic meal.

Our server, Yessidaly , was attentive, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, helping us navigate the menu with ease. And what a menu it is! With a focus on fresh, sustainable ingredients and creative twists on traditional Mediterranean dishes, I was spoiled for choice.

We started with the Spreads & Dips, which arrived promptly and were devoured in record time. The creamy Hummus was a highlight, with a perfect balance of garlic and lemon. The Grilled Steak, with sweet fire roasted corn, was a game-changer – I've never tasted steak so divine!

Now for the Lamb pita, which did not disappoint. The tender, flavorful lamb was piled high on a soft, crispy pita, topped with a refreshing mix of tomato, onion, and parsley. The accompanying side of Roasted Vegetables was a delightful surprise, with each bite bursting with flavor and texture.

My dining companion's Grilled Chicken Bowl was equally impressive, with juicy chicken, quinoa, and a colorful medley of roasted vegetables, all tied together with a zesty lemon-herb dressing.

Dessert was a must, and the Brownie did not disappoint. The creamy chocolate left me feeling satisfied but not overly full.

The prices were extremely reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes and exceptional quality of the food.

In short, Cava is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic, delicious Mediterranean cuisine in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're a foodie, a health enthusiast, or just looking for a great meal out, Cava is sure to impress. I'll be back, and soon!

5 stars for the food….0 stars for the service lately. I know it’s so hard right now, it is hard to find employees, etc…but yikes. I have been to this location dozens of times and it started out so amazing. I was thrilled with the service in the beginning and was so excited to have found an affordable place to get flavorful, fresh food with great service so close to my house.

Lately though they must be having some serious staffing issues. No one seems happy to be there, few seem to know what is going on (i.e what to put in your order, what the ingredients are), and some people are flat out rude which is really unfortunate.

They’ve had to close down the online ordering sometimes because they’re so short staffed. I get it—what can you do when you literally have no people? Better than promising food you can’t make, sure. When I did order pickup one time, I parked in a designated 15 minute spot because the curb was a fire lane. When I called in the woman on the phone was very short, didn’t identify who she was or who the business was, said my order wasn’t ready on time, and hung up on me. I figured she was busy so I stayed friendly and didn’t take it personally. She called me back a few minutes later asking where I was and told me I needed to come to the curb, hung up on me again, handed me my food without looking at me and walked away. It wasn’t like she slapped me or anything but I can honestly say it was the worst service I’ve ever experienced (to which I should add, I’m grateful that it’s the worst I’ve dealt with)

I know that I personally do not have the patience or people skills to work in the food service industry so I try to have a lot of grace and understanding, but I just can’t go somewhere that gives me anxiety about whether or not they’re going to be kind. I hope they can figure something out soon because the food is seriously incredible and I crave it! I’ll try out the cool springs...

Long day already let me tell you. Placed my order Hump Day, 11/20 at 12:30 pm & was promised it would be ready for pickup by 12:45 pm. I don’t get hangry but boy was I hungry as it was a one eXtra Large cup of coffee, more sugar kinda day & I just ran out! I arrived at 12:44 pm and the food was indeed ready. I was unable to find the option to add extra feta in the app but asked to pay for it at pickup. They joked that it would be an extra $6, verified my request, & simply made it happen, no attitude, no drama, no problem, fun times, great personable customer service actually. The food is also delish, every, single, time! Only establishment where I’ve been coming for years & the literal only reverse seemingly petty problem is plenty of the good stuff (chicken, toppings, etc. - please don’t stop, Thank You!) & not quite enough lettuce (myself & my tastebuds are seriously funny acting about the meat to veggie ratio & am okay with being misunderstood about that) as it could be just me, but I always run out of greens prematurely because they seem to be disproportionate to the ratio of toppings added. Again, love this place; the Greek salad is everything! No stars lost just can I get a little more lettuce/greenery please?? Everything else is perfection!! You all are a good reason I believe customer service is not a lost art. Extremely welcoming, friendly, pleasant experience!
