I recently had the pleasure of visiting Men's Wearhouse for both a tuxedo rental and getting a custom suit made, and I must say, the experience was absolutely outstanding. The level of service I received for both services was truly remarkable.

They were incredibly knowledgeable about the different styles and fits, and they took the time to understand my preferences and guide me in the right direction. I really wish I could write a more positive review for this location but there is one employee who has absolutely ruined any chance of me coming back. I've been to this location 3 times, all experiences resulting in frustration with one employee and another having to step in and save the day. I wish I had this employee's name but the picture of said employee can be found in the review from Parker Holton.

My most recent experience was a tux rental for my wedding. The day I came to pick up my rental, this employee just immediately seemed annoyed that he even had to service me and my group. After a couple of back and forth questions, this person randomly raises his hand and tells me I need to calm down. Completely out of nowhere, nobody was raising their voices, these were just simple questions he should have been able to answer. Like my previous experiences, another member saw this and basically told this employee to go help someone else.

Later during this visit, the same employee then starts working with my father and communicated that we had to return our rentals the day after the event as it was standard rules. My dad asked for clarification because the note on all of our tuxedo's said April 21st, not April 20th, and instead of possibly looking into why that would be or thinking about the situation at all, he instead responds with "what makes you think you're so special", with a ton of attitude. The reason ended up being that it was Easter and the store was closed entirely. Even after being corrected, the employee's only response was "Oh, I guess you guys are just lucky" and walked away.

Overall, the tuxedos were great, fit perfect, and the process itself is pretty seamless which is why I am even giving 3 stars. But this location specifically has a problem on their hand with this employee and It's a shame that one person is able to ruin an experience like that (and for others, based on other negative...

Absolutely awful experience! We scheduled an appointment but were told we would need to wait since there were other customers that had walked in right before us. The sales person provided zero direction, was very short, and made no effort to guide us in any direction or provide any information. He never took one measurement, threw jackets on my husband and said “is this it?” With pants the 38 was too small and the 40 was huge… the saleman said- well i guess you will just have to chose and walked away. i then asked “is there a different fit like fitted or slim that may fit differently,” he shrugged and grabbed the fitted 38 that ended up actually being too big unlike the modern fit 38. We were confused, provided zero direction and when we told him we wanted to think about it, i asked if he could write down the info on the suit jacket and pants, he turned to me and said “you can take a picture of the tags“ then disappeared. no one even noticed we walked out. so we went across the street to Dillard’s, had an amazing experience and dropped $1,000 for multiple suits.
