I really hesitated to write this review, but this store needs some serious help. Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks in my area, and I genuinely love Starbucks as a company so I return despite this location messing my order up probably ten times (may seem dramatic, but I can assure you this is no exaggeration). I decided to finally write this review because they have messed up my order the last three times I have gone this past week. A quite simple order at that. How hard is it to mess up an order of tea and sugar?! I repeated my order twice, they repeated it back, and the order was STILL incorrect. I tried calling before writing this review, but the line has had a busy signal every time I call. Does the phone even work? This location has probably cost me over $50 in messed up orders. So for customers, I would make sure you double check your order before pulling away from the window or visit another location. For example, when I was there this morning, the person at the drive thru was extremely rude and couldnāt be bothered to say more than two words to me during the whole visit and acted huffy for some reason when I told her I had already paid on the app. Not sure what I did. However, I will say that the staff at this location is usually very nice, though there are many factors that keep me from making this my regular Starbucks. The parking lot situation is a disaster and thereās no room inside. They probably canāt do anything about that, but still just makes the experience far more stressful than it should be. Sometimes the drive thru line moves very quickly, sometimes it is painfully slow. Too inconsistent for me to stop on my way to work. If you can go a little out of your way, I recommend you go to the Starbucks on Long Hollow in Goodlettsville because I donāt think I have ever had a bad...

Only writing a review b/c their apparently is not manager for this location to speak to. I usually order ahead but today the app was down so I ordered @ the speaker. The young girl that was taking my order said "Hi can I take your order?" & I responded "Hi, yes.. I'll have.." and immediately got cut off with "Oh! AGRESSIVE!"........ Then followed by ... "oh.. go ahead!". So I chose to ignore that extremely unprofessional comment because I was not in the mood to have a deep conversation with a child about her unprofessional behavior.
