Visited 11/19/23. Traditional church with dated worship music. This could be the result of the congregation makeup of older adults seen in the service. Signage for where visitors are to park and enter was not seen. I was given a bulletin upon entering from outside but no conversation or greeting. As our family entered the sanctuary, the greeter/usher stopped us to say “Who are you?” This seemed rather impolite and uncharacteristic to be asked in this manner. There were a lot of outreach ministries to other cultures according to bulletin and referenced by pastor in his sermon. Pastor preached a biblical message with great content. Read moreI filled out a brief form on their website on the "Plan Your Visit page ahead of time and was contacted by text by Pastor Jimmy. He let me know that, because of the Grand Prix, Sunday School was cancelled and the worship service would be moved from 10:30 to 9 AM. Good to know. He also answered questions. On Sunday morning, we were immediately greeted by congregants and two more pastors. Was impressed by how friendly and welcoming folks were. My son attended the program for elementary kids that meets during morning worship. He really liked the youth staff. Solid safety protocols for youth. The music was well rehearsed.
