I drove all the way from Clarksville to be fitted and purchase new bras. I had waited an hour for the store to open. When the store opened. One lady walked in, then I walked in, then another lady a few minutes after me. She asked what I needed and I told her. She proceeded to help the lady with her fitting ok great. When the other lady came she greeted her and asked what she needed. The lady told her I was waiting but she kind of waived her hand and said I was just being fitted. The 3rd lady was picking up an order. Then the lady stated she needed to try on her bras. She let the lady in the 2nd fitting room. And proceeded to help both. She never came back and acknowledged I was still waiting. She could have put me in one of the other rooms to start the fitting. She finished with the 3rd lady and the lady left. Meanwhile she never came back to even assist me. I’m sure it wasn’t that hard to put me in another room to measure me. She helped the lady that came after me and just blatantly ignored me. After about 30mins of standing there I left. I was very disappointed and felt like maybe she thought I wasn’t buying or couldn’t afford to buy because I was bl@&k…. Just sad....

I asked for a fitting, the old woman measured my rib cage only and then asked me if I was a DD or a DDD. Excuse me what??? That's what I was there to find out! I did tell her I wanted to put the bra on myself because I was uncomfortable with her just standing their silently staring at me. She didn't even introduce herself to me. As to the quality of the bras, the one I was given to try on felt like it was made from cardboard and toilet paper at a $78 price point. I drove over two hours to come to this store and you best believe with that level of service I will never make that drive again even if they promised free bras.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They call themselves fitting specialists but the woman who helped had absolutely no idea what she was doing. Also, the bras are extremely overpriced for the quality and the have a miniscule selection. Go...
Read moreFirst let me state that I have used Rebecka's Lingerie (since it was called Rebecka Vaughan Lingerie in the 1990's) for all of my major life milestones. The employees were very nice when I came in to buy a bra for the dress I was wearing to my son's wedding. I shared that I had recently lost 60lbs and wasn't sure of my new size. Upon measuring me I was put into two bras. The clerk "fastened me in" so to speak in a 34F. The week of the wedding I attempted to try on the bra with my dress and was unable to fasten it. My daughters tried as well and were only successful to reaching the last row of hooks. Not having time to go back to Nashville, I went to a local store and was re-measured as a 40D! I do realize different brands run different sizes, but this is a great difference. Overall, I do not believe I will return and have wasted $80+ dollars on a bra that will never fit. My advice: before deciding to purchase attempt to take the bra on and...
