My wife and daughter were in tonight. They ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade, strawberry lemonade, caramel frappuccino and a coffee frappuccino made with coconut milk. They were out of strawberries so they asked for another dragon fruit lemonade. When they got to the window there were only 2 drinks. Read more$30 for a messed up order, a broken lid, and half caf hot water. Ordered two coffees and two food items. They messed up one of the food items and gave us a sandwich rather than egg bites, which wasn't that upsetting, but once in the car we found the cheap cold drink lid faltered immediately, spilling coffee everywhere. A little farther on the drive realized my peppermint mocha was infact not mocha, didnt have any peppermint flavoring, and was without whipped cream. This was really disappointing as they charged us for a peppermint mocha and it even says it on the label. They were really busy so I understand but really? The people were nice at least and the space is nice, but don't go on a weekend morning. Not the first time going here has been faulty, but this was just sad. Read moreI ordered my drink in the drive-thru and it was wrong. I asked them to make it again, which they did and it was wrong again. I didn't want to hold up the line so I went inside. I spoke to a very nice guy who was brand new and he went to get the manager. The manager, Ryan, came out from the back and asked me, "Okay, what's the problem?" I explained what happened and he said, "Okay. What's it supposed to be?" No apology, no smile, nothing, just walked away. They finally gave me my drink and it was WRONG AGAIN! I told her it was wrong and I got the deer-in-the-headlights look and she said, "I'm sorry, he said" and I interrupted her and I said, "This is the third time this drink is being made and the third time it's wrong."
