I would give a zero if that was an option. We were just in your Distillery today 11/10/24. Your manager working in the afternoon around 2pm was extremely rude to a group of 25 of us that came in. He was disrespectful and told us to go ahead and give him a bad review that he doesn't care because he's the manager. Simply because he asked is how many were wanting to sample and we didn't answer quickly enough and one of us said "I don't know yet" as we were trying to figure out. There was absolutely no reason for him to to treat us so unfair and talk disrespectfully to us as he did. He then started to argue back and forth with another member of the group. I had just made purchases and really wanted to return my items due to his disrespect. You should really have a talk with him on how to treat his customers.... and to be so careless to say he didn't care if we gave your place a bad review is just bad business. Hopefully, you take this review serious as your customers can either make or break your business so always...
Read moreI had a blast on my most recent visit to Tennessee Legend distillery in downtown Nashville! The location is so convenient, with additional shops and cool things to see and experience. The distillery itself is open, warm, and rustic with a beautiful bar where an incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable team serves up delicious flavors of whiskey, moonshine, and other YUMMY tastes of what Tennessee Legends makes! Adam is particularly exceptional!! I won't see anyone but him when I bring out-of-town friends in (unless Morgan is working)! Adam is funny, helpful, knows SO much about the whiskey and moonshine and offers all kinds of helpful information about the best ways to enjoy the drinks when you get your bottles home. Tips, tricks, recipes... and the softest hands in the business!!! I bring every friend/family member in to see Adam at Tennessee Legend when they visit and ask, "What else is there to do in Nashville?" Y'all should too! Ask for Adam (Morgan's farking awesome too)!...
Read moreI particularly had a bad experience here. The bartender told me there would be 15% discount for anyone with a Tennesse ID. My friends and I ended up getting 3 bottles, and he ended up charging us the non-discounted rate at the very end. When I pointed that out, he told me the discount is applied but just not reflected in the total which made no sense. My credit card bill also showed that he was lying. I want to add it is not just about the discount, but dishonest customer service that concerned me. We are Nashville residents, it concerned us how tourists and outsiders will be treated here, if we were treated that way. On other note, we ended up getting impeccable service at the Green briar distillery, right next...
