My review is long but positive. Read through this if you are on the fence for this place, like I was. I will say I was nervous with some of the reviews, so understand that I am writing coming from someone who was going into this with low standards. We also came the weekend after Memorial Day so it was probably a lot less busy than a typical stay. ||Overall, it's was a good stay. Place was clean, pillows were comfy, couch was the second pullout bed and was comfortable. There is very limited parking (maybe like 8 spots, 4 in front and 3 in back squeezed next to the dumpster). That being said, we didn't have any trouble getting a spot. And we made sure not to leave anything in our car.||Pros: There were plenty of restaurants within 10-15 minute walking distance. The area isn't super populated and a lot of empty parking lots and construction, so be smart and alert when walking at night but we didn't feel unsafe while walking. There's a restaurant that's in the same parking lot at the hotel and is open early and a great way to start or end your day if you don't want to go anywhere for food. Download the Sonder app before coming! The customer service is very quick to respond to any issues you may have (look in cons).||Cons: You'll see this in a lot of reviews and I can confirm, the walls are THIN. We could hear our downstairs neighbors walking around, we could hear toilets flushing and conversations. Felt like we were back in the dorm rooms but it smelled nicer. Luckily, everyone staying there when we did were very considerate and quiet, but I could see this place being miserable if you were trying to sleep and there was a party happening. Also, from what I could tell, this was not wheelchair accessible, so keep that in mind. We also had problems with our code getting into the place, which was not what you want after a 5 hours drive. But customer service chat was quick and updated our code within minutes and we got in with no further issues. ||Again, we stayed on what seemed like a quiet weekend, which greatly informs my positive review. But overall, we really...
Read moreI think people should know that they own 40 + properties so really should know how to run a proper stay but even worse give no option but to provide their visitors/customers personal information to secure their room in time.||We booked for 3 nights after the first night wrote to say the pull out couch was broken and horribly slanted with the middle bar being broken. Imagine trying to sleep while your feet are almost touching the floor.|The app customer service said they would send someone by , no time provided and informed us we needed to take pictures and send to them. After a few hours we asked for a time and were told at some point during the day and We didn't need to stay.|This never happened and again we had to sleep on a broken couch on Day 2. |Day 3 contacted the app again and was told that they would get right on it. This is now the last night of 3 and after returning from a full day of tours in the Nashville area we came back to a blow up bed in box for us to put up (no pump).||Other things that should be noted.|After you reserve your stay and after they take the $ from your credit card they send an email telling you that you will only get the code to your room after you do 2 things.|1- Get their app|2- Enter all information about your personal information, pictures of photo ID, credit card picture, date of birth Oh and a full face scan (left to right) just like an IPhone does but without the option of saying No . There is no complaining as they will not answer you and of course they have your $ just as you are about to travel. ||3 adults for a 3 day stay we received 1 shampoo 1 conditioner (15ml each), no soap in the...
Read moreI was def skeptical about staying here after I read some of the reviews, especially since I was going to Nashville for the first time alone with another female friend. But after staying there, I can say it truly was not bad. It was hard figuring out how to get in at first, but the security features were appreciated. Please note, this is all a "self-serve" motel. I did not see one person who worked there the 3 days I was there. I also must add, the room size sounds small but they are very spacious. The kitchen had everything you would need, the bathroom was stocked up (The water pressure in ours was not bad) & the bed was extremely soft comfortable. Although I could hear walking every now and then, overall everyone there was pretty quiet. I seen another review about it being in a bad area, I guess to me it was not that bad. The only issue we had was that at 7:18am the first morning we woke up, the door (which locks/unlocks by keypad) sounded like someone was trying to get into our room, as if they got the key code incorrect a couple of times. I rushed to the window to see if someone was there. No one was there so I assume it was more of an electrical issue, I did contact them and they were looking into the issue and never did let us know what happened. Over all though it was not an awful experience, I would stay...
