Normally takes them like a day, if that, to fill an Rx. I had my doctor send in 2 new Rx's. One was filled within that day. I wasn't going to pick it up until both were ready. Waited. Waited. Waited. 4 days later, still no text. I go over there and the drive thru says they didn't fill it because my insurance doesn't cover it. Excuse me? Is that your decision to make? Just don't fill a prescription because they wouldn't get it if insurance didn't cover it? What if my life depended on this and I planned on paying out of pocket or with Good Rx? I don't see how a pharmacist trumps what a doctors orders are.
Why no notification it wasn't going to be filled with a reasoning? I go inside after I get my Good Rx code. The person inside says they put it back due to no pickup. So which is it? I didn't pick it up despite 1) never getting a text it was ready 2) never getting a reminder text just as I did with the other rx of the same order by the same doctor; or it wasn't filled because my insurance didn't cover it

When I received a medical prescription, the nurse warned me not to go to the Walgreens nearby. She said it has very bad service. Well, she was right!
I went there anyway and found it to be the worst service I've received in almost a decade.
A worker was bothered that I asked him where something was ; I watched the pharmacist advise an old gentleman in a very fast manner using words that he couldn't possibly understand- this showed a complete lack of empathy; and the rudest person I've met in 10 years was the older lady at the cash register. She literally made fun of me in a mean way because I did not know how to use my cash rewards.
The manager should be fired and the rest of the staff need to be retrained.

I scheduled a vaccination appointment at 8:10 p.m. and arrived at the pharmacy at 8:00 p.m. Surprisingly, it took them an astonishing 30 minutes to address my question, which I had been given a shot for twice before. Despite my concerns, they were preoccupied with assisting other patients in the drive-thru. When I inquired about the duration of my vaccination, they informed me that they had only been prepared for two vaccination and were currently working on the third.
